I recently had ordered parts that were shipped to Valley Honda Parts Department. Ethan was the one to help me with the order when I arrived to pick them up. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, making sure I got exactly what I needed. Highly recommend his expertise and friendly demeanor!

I always feel like the parts department does an excellent job fixing any issues I’ve had in the past, such as when I lost my keys last year in the summer of 2023, or even most recently this past month when the end of my key fob broke off. Ethan S in the parts department got me a new key fob fixed in under a half hour. Friendly and trustworthy staff like him make the dealership worth visiting anytime I have any issues with the Civic.

Ethan S. in the parts department was a huge help getting replacement wiper inserts for my civic. Much smoother, faster experience then other Honda dealerships in the area. Definitely coming back.

Not all parts departments are created equally and the parts department at Valley Honda is a perfect example of this. Everyone I have worked with has been extremely helpful and a joy to work with. That said, Ethan Schulz has been one of the most helpful and knowledgeable specialists that I've worked with. He has helped me find parts that I have otherwise given up on finding, seriously the man has worked miracles. Ethan has guided me through some of the biggest head scratches my motor swap project has thrown at me. It's clear that Ethan is an asset to Valley Honda, and I look forward to working with him as my project evolves.

10 STARS November 24th 2023Marco was amazing. He's the only one I see when I come in. He always go above and beyond. He's attentive and listens to all my concerns...especially when I was dealing with my van couple of days ago. He was empathetic to what I was dealing with via text/call. He even sent me a video on how to properly give my van a jump. I mean, who does that...he does! So, I finally came in for the issue and he immediately put me at ease and told me what the issue was. When you come in for the service definitely ask for Marco. I highly recommend him. He's patient. He's attentive. He rock!Marco, congratulations on the new position. Great hire manager. 10 STARS UPDATE: November 17th 2023I only went for an oil change so it was an easy peasy service. Marco was not in yet so I was referred to Emilio. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Nice experience for a first-time encounter with him.Great hire manager.
