“This boutique has a fresh inviting vibe that keeps you coming back. The staff is very friendly and helpful, but not pushy, which I appreciate. The store itself has a calming feel good effect and it has just the right amount of product so you are not overwhelmed with choices. If you are looking for something stylish, on trend or even a basic this is your store.”

“Warehouse 55 is a hike, but once you get there, you'll be happy. This is set up like your average "booth rental" consignment place, but the place is huge (2 levels) and the booths are more like full rooms! It's beautifully curated - no digging for treasure here. This place is on the pricier side and some vendors have things that are clearly bought from overseas. But for the most part, Warehouse 55 sells gems! A lot of the vendors have their own IG pages where I've seen a few "must have" things - you still have to purchase through Warehouse 55, but it's another set of eyes on the prize;) I bought my incredible set of printing press dressers/shelves and use it as my jewelry box. I still have 7 drawers to fill! The ladies needing the counter have always been chatty and lovely! They're there to gab about your pieces and vendors- you can tell they love working here:) There's not much else in Aurora so make a trip to see the consignment pieces and grab lunch!”

“Knowing the layout of the store, I found everything I was looking for. The store seemed to be short on help, but I guess that's not so uncommon since covid for many establishments.”

“We had a great experience shopping for a new couch at this Aurora/Naperville IL location. Karla was our salesperson and very responsive once we decided to purchase a few days later and worked with her and John over the phone. Thank you and we love the furniture.”

“LOTS & LOTS if BEE-U-TEE-FUL merch...however they could use a couple people on the sales floor. There are only cashiers & it's difficult to get your questions answered.”

“After 5 rooms in our house were destroyed from a water leak we had a huge rebuild and a lot of tile to purchase. We made several trips to tile stores and got more confused as the project continued. We were at the Aurora Floor and Decor and asked for assistance from Jalen Amison. Jalen suggested that we take down the item numbers of the tiles we were looking at and go home and use the "visualizer" tool on the website. He showed us how to find it/how to use it, favorite tiles, and save projects so we could make an informed decision. He was incredibly patient and helpful. We went home, used the tool, and spent a week going through tiles until we narrowed it down. We returned to the Aurora store to make our final decisions and had a question, my husband went to find Jalen. He helped us that day, for hours, making sure we had the right square footage/ tile amount, grout color, schluter strips, mortar, and worked with us on delivery. When you have stressful and important projects like we did you need someone to keep you focused and provide information and knowledge about materials and products. It was not only helpful having Jalen's expertise but it was also comforting to know that he was available again on our second trip there. He has been nothing but patient, has great rapport with us, walked around with us while we were making decisions, and provided superior customer service.”

“After visiting my doctor, I asked the receptionist if there were any good resale places in the area, and she happily replied, " Yes, I've found some really nice things at New Uses, by Aldi". I googled it. It was close. I wasn't disappointed! First, there was plenty of free parking. It was handicapped accessible entry. The place was extremely neat and well organized. I found a great plant stand on wheels practically new, a nice African wall mask, and a unique letter M, which is my last initial. I plan to stop in after every doctors visit!”

“I really like this Ross location. Unlike some of the comments in other reviews, I've found the staff friendly & pretty helpful taking into consideration how busy this location is most of the time. Like any discount store, sometimes you find things to buy & sometimes you don't. I've had great luck most of the time. Things on shelves can often be in a jumble but that's on the clientele. The staff does their best to keep reorganizing but people can be jerks & cavalier about the mess they're making &/or leaving behind.”
