I highly recommend looking elsewhere for custom framing. I had 4 posters framed and after picking them up, I noticed that all 4 were damaged in the process of framing them. I returned them and the manager was very confrontational and rude displaying little to no customer service skills. I had to contact corporate customer service who I found to very helpful. They made the store reframe them. After another 2 months, I called the store to see what was going on with my frames since no one called to say they were ready. The manager then lied saying we called you 10 times but you never answered and for some reason, it never went to voicemail but they are ready. Upon picking them up the second time, I found my posters had been damaged. Truly, an awful experience and a waste of my time and money. Don't go here.

Knowing the layout of the store, I found everything I was looking for. The store seemed to be short on help, but I guess that's not so uncommon since covid for many establishments.

This store is great if looking to add some pizazz to the home or crafty/decorative gifts for the kids. Usually there are 50% off sales for framed art that make the trip extremely worthwhile. The Star Wars appliances are a huge bonus! Seasonal decorations are everything and whatever picture frame size you need, they have!

I have two Hobby Lobbys I go to. Anyone who shops here knows why folks keep coming back. Another one of my favorite stores. They have just about all the supplies needed for any crafting, baking, sewing, or hobbies. Men if your into cars, trains, planes or ships, model making this is the place for you. Even miniature/doll houses.
They also have some really unique and beautiful decorations. And so much more.
