Had a good experience here for first rental out of this location. Have had bad experiences at other nearby Hertz's and was pleasantly surprised by the timeliness and help of the staff. Car was well cleaned and taken care of. No complaints.

We recently had a great experience with my car rental at Hertz on Lake St in Aurora with the District Manager Edgard Mis helping us out after an accident. He went above and beyond with putting us in an awesome clean car for the time that our SUV was down due to the repairs. The car was in excellent condition and the staff was also friendly and helpful during our visit. The facility was very clean and comfortable while we waited for him to get our car ready. We were very satisfied with all his help and service. We will return to this location for our rentals in the future.

We went in last month to pick up our reservation for a van that we booked ahead of time. When we picked it up they suddenly didn’t have any vans available and the only vehicles available were the luxury SUVs. They made us paid for the upgrade anyways even though it wasn’t our fault they didn’t honor our reservation. Fast forward a week later we found out they charged us for the van AND the SUV. Husband tried to go into office and after 30 minutes they turned him away to call customer support because the reservation was closed. Horrible experience.

I had a quick and pleasant experience getting my rental Friday. Even with him being the only person running the store and it got busy, he handled everything professionally. I asked a bunch of questions since it was my first time driving a Tesla, but he was so patient and kind answering all of them haha! No complaints. can’t speak on the deposit return since I have not gotten that back yet but I’m hoping all is well on that part. I will continue to get my rentals from here.

This is the second time I've rented from this location in the last month. I can't say enough good things about the entire team. Edgard, Elvira and Gentry were absolutely great. They were knowledgeable and answered every question I had. The price was great and the vehicle was clean. And no surprises!
I'll definitely go back next time I need a rental! Highly recommended!

I had a great pick up experience! I’ve come to this location a couple times, and the staff has always been respectful. Today, Gentry S., was able to assist me with a rental. The car I requested wasn’t available but he gave me an upgrade at a discounted rate.!
