I usually take my son there and Michelle is absolutely the best!!!! She is lovely and fast, but today I had the worst experience of my life with an older asian lady, first of all she greets my son and was making fun of my sons hair, which is NONE OF HER BUSINESS IF ITS LONG OR SHORT, second of all I asked for a trim and she almost cut his entire hair!!!! When I asked why she cut so much hair when I specifically asked her to TRIM his hair, same style, she said because his curly hair was dry and needed LEAVE IN CONDITIONER!!! WHAT IN THE WORLD IS WRONG WITH HER!!!! She had the worst attitude, her coworker was nice and gave me the haircut for free but now my son is crying, tomorrow is his first day of school and he is heartbroken with his chopped hair… this is unacceptable, she is rude and not respectful of others.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GET A HAIRCUT FROM YOLANDA!!!!...I HAVEN'T HAD A HAIRCUT SO BAD IN MY LIFE. THEN SHE PROCEEDED TO BLAME IT ON ME. STOP COMPLAINING ABOUT HAVING TO CARE FOR YOUR ELDERLY MOTHER AND HUMBLE YOURSELF BECAUSE YOU MY DEAR, ARE TRASH!!!!!

Worst service and pretty rough while doing my sides. I got burns after trimmer usage due to patchy trimmer head. Also she was not even listening to my concerns while I was mentioning to her politely about my uneven hair cut. She couldn't even blow the left over pieces on my shoulders. She has some attitude problems and arrogant. So sad to go to this place. Waste of 20$ and useless tip for arrogance.

Just absolutely zero effort put into the haircut. 0 guard buzz is patchy and couldn’t even clean the hair she cut off my head. I have been robbed of $20 plus tip.

Horrible experience, they cut your hair the fastest as they can, literally 5min without any care for details, and the hairdresser (Yolanda) had the worst attitude, rude and condescending, if you don’t want to have to fix your haircut in another place, don’t get your haircut done here

I went in today with a plan to get a really modern haircut. My hair was shoulder length, no layers and kind of blah. I ended up getting Sam as my stylist. From the moment I sat in the chair, they were fantastic! Super friendly and chatty in all the right ways. I loved that they didn't hesitate to tell me what would look good and improv my haircut while they worked. Also, I was complimented on my choice of cuts and made to feel really good about how my hair looked! Overall, I throughly enjoyed my experience, my haircut and having Sam as my stylist. Thank you!

I wish I knew her name but I've been burned twice by this stylist. Older Asain woman. First time we said to use scissors on my son and then she buzzed his head. Today I asked for 3 inches off and she cut 8 inches!!! When I said "Ma'am that looks more like 8 inches you cut" her reply was "Yea something like that" Didn't feel bad at all. Then I put it up in a ponytail and saw that it was completely jaggedly cut! Im going to have to lose even more hair fixing it. Years of commitment on hair growing just gone. Unbelievable will never go again. Too bad I'm sure they're not all that bad there.

Yolanda was rude - she cut my hair as fast as she could even though the place was empty. She would not let me tell her how I wanted it cut. I would definitely stay away from this place

I tried this location for the first time and I will definitely only be going here from now! Michele did a fantastic job with my hair. Literally matched my picture I showed her to the exact cut. She was very outgoing and friendly. Michele made it an overall awesome experience. Make sure to book with her. You will not be disappointed.
