Poor customer service. Stood where it says “line Starts Here” for 5 mins and everyone was ignoring me. Even the manager.
Poor cashier. Gave me bad look through my process for returning my stuff.
I would never shop here again until they fix their attitudes at the door.

The store manager was HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I walked in with a bag , which every employee hates because they know someone is returning .
I wasn’t greeted and I had to ask was anyone going to assist me . I walked up to the register and no one spoke or moved from “TASKING” . So I placed my bag on the counter and proceeded to look around simply because nobody moved , then I realized no one still spoke .
I was on the phone truthfully, however no one spoke and I was approachable . So you can’t use me being on the phone as an excuse.
Not to mention in total last week I spent over $800 in Gap on the phone as well while shopping and everyone spoke and even helped me look for sizes and different colors to match for my two daughters .
I was actually excited to see that they had a better variety for kids than the other location in which I originally purchased from .
regardless , I Only had to bring back two sweaters in which I would have exchanged and purchased more , had the associates (store manager) not greeted me and didn’t give me unprofessional service .
I asked him which sweaters was I bringing back he proceeded to tell me “I Don’t Know “ . You work here , how you don’t know which items I am bringing back ? I was so disappointed l value customer service . I am in customer service and have been successfully for 13 years . Particularly in management, and that was HIGLY unacceptable. You never know who people know , and you never know who you will need in this lifetime . Always treat people with respect, especially in customer service.
I was not rude to anyone , I was smiling and excited until I realized the lack of professionalism was being displayed .Corporate Watch the cameras and listen to the conversation.
I will be returning $760 of things I just purchased due to this incident.

My kids love Gap clothes, this is a good stop at Aurora outlet mall for kids shopping.Good luck trying to find a parking spot during buzy weekends tough.

Clothes are good, but customer service is very bad, especially one lady with white long hair, she scream to my son by saying “do not touch price labels”, when he actually take them from the floor to put them back on place, that’s fine to give a note to child, but not screaming and make him cry!!!
