Friday Night Magic here was loads of fun, and I will miss the people there. The casual (and very fun) tournament starts at 7:30PM every Friday! Even if you are a new player like I was several years ago - have no fear, the people there are incredibly kind and helpful! Aside from that, the staff is incredible: kind, helpful, and friendly! The card selection is spectacular with incredible prices! Definitely swing by Gamers World at Fox Valley Mall while you're there... and maybe stick around for a game or two!

Staff working there are wonderful. Plenty of inventory and selection of cards. Well kept and clean environment and staff always answer questions and help in a timely manner. Absolutely would recommend this store for anyone looking for magic, heroclix, lorcana, and pokemon!

8/26/23 around 11:30AM. Decent selection of games, and a few I havemt seen in person. Felt like they were gouging Lorcana prices. Only shop I found with Lorcana in stock. But at almost 2x MSRP what do you expect. Immediate buyers remorse for overpaying for the game, that hits big box store in less than a week. But that's on me. Wouldn't feel as bad if I felt like it was at least supporting a store that made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in. I don't think anyone said anything to me until I checked out, and even then the guy at the register couldn't look away from the computer long enough to make eye contact let alone small talk. Hope it was just an off day. I was in from out of town, but do not think I would return again.

Cute shop. Good variety of games and trading card product. They either are or will soon be up to 28 seats for gaming. Friendly staff. Clean store. Temperature is great. It smells just fine (gaming stores do not always smell fine). The mall food court is nearby so it's easy to grab a quick snack between games.

Guy behind the counter may 19 was unfriendly and not much help at all as usual when someone’s trying to sell cards it would be nice to know if your only looking for specific ones instead of doing a half job skimming through the cards an not giving any information on the policy of buys packs as well

I wish I could give them a more negative star review if it was possible. The staff are very rude and useless. Some if them don't even know what there doing and are incredibly slow in helping or even answering simple questions and their stock is laughable. I'm not sure if they went under new management but I know they're were not always like that.

The selection at this place was abysmal. The guy working there Friday night 1/6/23 was completely useless and unfriendly. If someone asks you a question regarding when Pokemon tournaments occur, and do a lot of people generally show up, a helpful response would be not only mentioning day/time, but key details like needing a certain type of deck, entrance fee, etc. NOT an annoyed “Saturdays at 11…I don’t know, I don’t play Pokemon”. Pretty irritating considering my son built a deck to play this morning, went there, and then couldn’t play. Pathetic. Fair Game in Downers Grove is much better, with much nicer, more helpful staff.

This is the perfect place. Absolute heaven for nerds. At school and church I always feel left out and ignored because I'm not into what everyone else likes, but here I'm welcomed. I love the community for heroclix that thus place has built up and how they are always trying to improve themselves. Great store, highly recommended. And great heroclix singles. Also the new young kid you have working there is great, I accidentally overpaid him and he instantly corrected my error, I cannot tell you how many other game stores wouldn't do that
