I would rate this zero stars if I could. After changing my consultation date, they told me my watch would be ready that Friday. I asked if there was any way it could be ready by Wednesday due to a schedule issue, and they promised me it would be ready. On that Wednesday, I went in, and the store was closed. I contacted the owner, and he had no idea what was going on. I contacted the man who I gave my watch to and no response. The only option to get my watch back was if they could mail it to me. The owner promised he would, but it was another lie. I never received my product back from this company. They lied and stole from me. Do NOT recommend to anyone. They seem to me kind and genuine people, but their company is a scam.

This place is a JOKE. No wonder there are no reviews or photos from actual consumers but only from the business owner. My brother dropped his note and it cracked on both sides (front and back since both pieces are made of glass) so he asked me to check on yelp. Yelp has this cool feature where I can compose a message and have it sent out to multiple businesses. That is what I did and a few places responded, Gadget Fix MD was one of them and gave me the cheapest estimate compared to other businesses. They respond quick and quoted me 165$ for the price estimate and clarifying that the front lcd will take them 20 mins and the back glass will take them 2 hours. And just the front lcd will only be 85$. This was all sent from the manager Rab B. in the direct message and I'll upload the photo for confirmation. He also sent dates that he was available to have it fix so I sent all this information to my brother. It is an hour drive to the phone shop but he made his way out there and when he got to the shop and showed them his phone, the total was over $300, almost $400. The price was double then what he quoted me in the direct message. My brother even pulled out the message and asked for the manager that sent it and the manager acted like he has amnesia and does not remember a thing. He was rude, nonchalant about the situation and didn't care. It was a complete WASTE of our TIME and drive! Time is money and they didn't even work with us or anything. Why would you give me an estimate then not honor it? You have a Masters in IT Business, maybe you should get a masters in Customer Service.

This place is by far the most tech savvy gadget repair place there prices were very reasonable and time cinsuming I highly recommend it to any one with a broken phone or tablet
