Purchased a CRF 50, Chuck, Kyle and rest of staff were great, took great care of us, and took a great deal of time and effort to help my son with a proper fit and selection of helmet. Great family atmosphere and knowledgeable staff. Thanks

Amazingly helpful staff. No pushy salespeople just genuinely care about what they do and are there to help. Will be back!

9/13/23 I purchased 2023 Honda Pioneer 700 Deluxe from them. The staff is friendly and its family operated even though they drive a hard bargain it was a pleasure doing business with them. I will recommend

Put a $100 deposit down for a Honda Grom (blue) in the beginning of JUNE . Called every 2 weeks for an update & its AUGUST and the same line is used over & over again —“looks like it shipped out a couple of days ago should be about a week”.— Not a good track record looking at the previous reviews Fox Valley honesty goes a far way. The only way safely to get a grom here would be if they have it in stock. Other than that don’t get scammed for $100 even tho it’s not a lot of money it’s still the time as well you sit there waiting for something that never comes. (Will update if anything changes)

Some kid answering the phones took a $100 deposit from me in March on a XR 150L that was supposed to be delivered in April. I get that it's not the dealers fault when items aren't delivered, but after three months of waiting I decided to go a different route. I called to get my deposit back and the salesman said, "it's non-refundable, we tell everyone that. We have to keep the deposit because we are turning people away." No one said it was non-refundable when they took my money, nor does it clearly say that anywhere on the site. That, and the bike I had a deposit on would be gone in a day if they had it in stock. Keep my $100. Me or anyone I know will never set foot in this shop. Plenty of better options within an hour drive.

Ive got a 2000 Honda vf750 Magna and i believe it was Jeff with the Service desk who just blatantly told me "no" when I asked if they can help me rebuild my Carbs without any explanation.I assumed since this a Honda shop, that they would have the ability to assist me if i brought my Carbs into the store. It was them who originally told me I had a Carb Issue. This experience left a very bad taste in my mouth and it was very unprofessional.I reccomend utilizing the parts department for any parts or gear, and look elsewhere for a more professional and helpful shop.

trying to get back in to motorcycles after 20yrs of not being on 2 wheels. so i had a lot of questions as pretty much everything has changed in some way. They happly answered all my questions, explained why honda was behind and that they couldnt order or tell me when i could expect a bike to come in. same thing ive heard from other honda dealers. i was there just to look into ordering a bike nothing else, but i was so happy with how chill everyone was i bought a helmet. It looks like i'll end up getting a bike somewhere else but thats hondas fault not there's. I will however come back there for everything else, and maybe a bike if the cards fall right.

Jim in service was very helpful in diagnosing my bikes repair needs and went way above and beyond. Great service and prices.

Called in right before closing because we needed riding gloves very last min. Zack was nice enough to keep the store open alittle after closing to allow us to pick these up. I have been going here for all my motorcycle needs for the past 2-3 years and have walked out happy every time. 10/10 would recommend the staff is awesome!

I called them this morning to inquire about work on my bike. I’m not a mechanic and I can’t diagnose problems so I’m explaining what I needed done and Jim said “I’d rather not work on something like that”. I’ve spent money here before and every other time it’s been pleasant but he basically told me he didn’t want to work on my bike because he was shorty staffed. I asked him when he’ll be staffed because it’s the closest location and he said he’d rather not work on it meaning that being short staffed was a lie. Felt pretty racist which is unfortunate because I talked to a guy a few weeks ago and I was coming to buy another buy for myself and give the one that I’m getting fixed to my nephew. Terrible experience

I was very please with my purchase of a 2023 Honda Grom. Chuck was my sales rep, he's a really great guy. Helped answer all my questions and get the bike prepped and loaded up. Fox Valley Cycles has the best price on 2023 Groms of all of N Illinois Honda Dealers. I highly recommend shopping here for your next toy. Great selection of protective gear as well!

You can’t sit on an ATV without a salesperson. You can’t try on a helmet without a salesperson. You have to be careful where you touch the helmet. They add in BS fees like car dealers do to the listed prices so what you’re seeing is not even close to actual price.Too many damn rules for me, so I left. Won’t be back.
