Store manager Alex is not qualified to manage this Store. No concept of customer service. I'm shocked at how all employees here treat the customers. Just a word of advice to you.....people have options and if you don't take care of simple customers needs, you mine as well shut your doors because people are not going to put up with poor quality service. I hope corporate does something about the problems at this location soon.

After waiting in line to check out for 20 minutes we informed an employee of this. The employee just shrug his shoulders and continued his conversation with another friend/employee. There were 3 or 4 other employees just standing around. Management here needs to take control of their employees and focus on customer service. But after this experience I will not spend a dime at this store.

This is the worst store ever went to get a refund with my receipt brand new shoes my son never wore??? Got them Sunday went back Wednesday ??? They wouldn't even give me in store credit

So yesterday i went in to make a return for some shoes that where never worn, only the left shoe was a little dirty from the bottom because i had tried them on. so its stupid for not accepting this return. this is why i don't shop at finish line. but champs and footlocker wouldn't have a problem doing this return with any other shoes i had bought from them.

I know dude saw me and my kid standing outside waiting for the store to open. It was 10am and this store was still closed. I already had walked away and then this guy unlocks the door. No worries jagbag. I went to foot locker and bought a couple pairs

Came all the way to fox valley mall to pick up an order from finishline in which I am a loyal customer. & the store is locked down. No one is picking up the phone I have an email saying my order was ready for pickup and I get here and the entrance is locked. I've called 5 times after an hour of waiting and still got no answer. After I pick up my order I will no longer be shopping with fox valley finishline

I went in to have a price adjustment on a pair I bought on the Finish Line site and the manager Miriam was amazing. She made sure I got the right price and even made sure I received my Status points that I did not get online. Great customer service here!
