The daytime Operations Manager at FedEx Freight Aurora, Illinois is a drug user. This is first hand knowledge of this allegation. He will have a positive drug test. He at least smokes marijuana and ingests marijuana edibles, he may use other substances as well. One would like to think that FedEx would not continue to employ a known drug user but it must be FedEx's policy to do so.

Bad service, my package was left at another address, I called to report and they did not give me a solution, I had to look for my package on my own until I found it at another address

If you are shipping something from this place and haven’t had the luxury of them answering the phone to walk you through the process. Expect rude behavior, unwarranted delays, and poor communication, to mention a few things. I tried over a three day period to reach there office several times a day to no avail, and no voicemail, and no information.I was quoted $1200 with a 60 percent discount from them. When I explained to them that I was already at FedEx priority before I came to freight and that they gave me a quote of $900, his response was sometimes ours is higher.Going with a third-party shipper granted me the shipment with insurance at $368.Don’t expect them to explain any of this to you. The two people I dealt with had the biggest chip on their shoulders I have ever seen. It may have taken two and a half hours, but I had the biggest grin from ear to ear when I walked out. ?

Natalie helped deliver my item, they are the most cheerful and kind person. This is the best experience I’ve had with a shipping freight company all thanks to Natalie! Honestly from the service provided this morning, I wish all my freight deliveries could be done by the driver Natalie haha.Company was also very helpful in scheduling a delivery date. 10/10
