Had an absolutely incredible experience with this store. My husband and I went in last night super stressed about needing a visa for some upcoming travel. Alex, I believe he is the store manger, was very patient and jumped through multiple hoops to get our information to the right person. Would drive further to always use this store.

Great customer service! I went to the one on Randall and they didn’t help me at all or explained anything. I went here and they explained everything to me and were very helpful!

I had less than two hours to get a rush order project completed in the same day, I called and the girls said to email the project and tell them what I needed and they would make it happen. When I arrived in the store the project was 100% completed and looked beautiful. I am thankful that Chiquita and Eboni were able to get everything done perfectly and quickly!! They are a great team!

I will never use fedex for international shipping again nor will I use this store . Apparently, after a package leaves the store, they have nothing to do with it. Our package (which was supposed to be delivered by Wednesday at 6pm) never arrived and the recipient left the country on Saturday. I went to the store to try and figure out what happened and...they gave me phone numbers which let to the circle of death with no actual human to talk to. I went back into the store (I had been calling in my car) and was told sometimes this happens shoulder shugs. Completely useless.

Terrible customer service. The girl working today refused to help me wife after watching my wife struggle to make a label for 30 minutes! This store really needs to hire new staff.

I had to return some computer equipment for work and got very little direction from my job in what to do. I brought the equipment into FedEx and Peter was able to help me and understood everything I needed to do. Thank you Peter for making me not feel stupid!! You rock!!

Seriously, what I would assume is the manager was super friendly and helpful!! I shipped my very fragile film camera and she took care of the void filling and shipping the item, reassuring me that it will get there safely!

Had FedEx pack and ship my son's brand new computer, requesting fragile service and paid extra for their packing supplies. When it arrived at his dorm, it was literally in pieces. Several of the computer tower panels fell off, the GPU was hanging out of the unit, the cooling fan and motherboard were bent, the shipping box itself was semi-crushed. The damaged is such it doesn't work. All the extra packing materials I paid for were NOT in the box. Their employee simply used a small amount of bubble wrap and some fluffy paper, which I might add is not following FedEx's own packing rules. I am beyond furious because I specifically requested fragile handling and packaging as this was a brand new computer and paid a whopping fee for it all to be shipped only to have it arrive broken. I'll be filing a damage claim for sure as we now will incur significant repair costs, if it can even be fixed it all. So disgusted will never ever return!
