I went to fedex on Commerce Drive and the most rude employee. He was about 55 white male that was bald. I went in first to ask for help with a large box and the employee pointed to the carts and said you can use that. I told him the cart was not big enough and he said nothing.I proceeded to go outside the cart and attempt to get this very long relatively heavier box on this cart/dolly and make it up to the door. I propped open the door with the cart and said to him see the box doesn’t fit through the door it’s too long. I just looked at me and said nothing. I proceeded to kick the box through the door so I could get the box in and he continued to just lean on the counter and said nothing so I finally said, “Seriously, you are not going to help me?” He finally moved from around the counter and picked up the box and propped it up on the counter and said do you have a label? I said no, I have the code to scan on my phone. He had to scan it twice, gave me a receipt and said have a nice day. I said nothing and walked out the door. I was furious to say the least especially because I had such great service a few weeks back from a COMPLETELY different gentleman that had brown hair and a beard. This man went out of his way to help me.I hope you read this review and discuss the terrible manners and service from the white bald man!!!!!!

Please, do not have business with fedex ever. they treat their customers as scammers and have zero quality customer support. Fedex did not deliver my package, but marked as delivered. when I found out that package was at this location I came to pick it up, but they refused to give it to me because my address on ID did not match shipping address. ( have moved 2 weeks before). my name fully matched, phone number, online order with trackind everything was fine to veryfy me as an owner. they also refused to accept any statements and bills as proof as new address. I consider it as fedex just stole this pacage. now legal actions will be taken against this scam company

If I could give 0 stars I would. They lied about trying to deliver a package at my office at 9:40 am, which is a lie since we were open that day since 8:30 am only for this delivery. Then my recepcionist called them and spoke to someone and they agreed she will pick up later, but she is smart enough and wrote down the name of the agent, tracking # and everything. My receptionist went there with all this info in hand just for the in store agent to tell her it was the wrong tracking and and said “go get the right tracking #” , my girl told him she got it off the fedex website too and showed him her phone then this guy was like ok give it to me, may be I missed a number. Then this guy was telling her to prove to her she works in my office, how does he know she works here and bla bla bla. Just for him to ask her for ID at the end and let go the package, which he could have done it from the beginning. If you are having attitude then go home! We all have important jobs to perform and we depend on this packages a lot. So please don’t make our job more difficult just because you didn’t have a good night the previous day.

At 8:08 AM I received a text message that my package was ready to pickup at this facility and they don't OPEN UNTIL 9!! Why in the hell would you tell me that I can pick it up and you aren't open. Then the manager came out and saidthey don't open until 9. I said well your text messaging said it was ready. That's a defect then. He said that's not us it is IT. I agreed and said I'd be out here at 9. 5 more minutes. Then the little guy thought he was tough and stared at me with a dirty look through a crack in the door. When I said what he charged at me lol how professional.

Was given a 4 hrs window 9-1 took the day off. They claimed they attempted delivery at 336. Gave same window for the next day at 330 they still hadn't attempted delivery even though I sat outside Waiting for them. No customer service. They put you in automated loop until you hang up. This company has gone down dramatically
