This car insurance is just a show, my son had an accident on September 22 and it is December 23 and they didn't pay me for the accident. They just say that they are going to pay and that their lawyers are going to help you but they don't. I recommend be careful. They are very liars

The truth is that the person who answers the phone. It's not nice at all, I think a person with that mode runs people.

I would not have liked to leave this commentBut I have it to be so that the owner can take action in customer service. I am a client for many years. Today I spoke to help me with an accident claim. The first time they left me in line 18 meters, the second time also on hold and the next 5 times that I dialed the call, it is better to look elsewhere for insurance since here in service has declined and for worse the owner is a totally professional person and sometimes we do not know in whose hands we leave our business July/05/ 2023?????????????
