This place have very funny jokes. Unfortunately they lied and told me congratulations and I was approved for Car! After emailing my documents in I waited 4 hours later to be told I need $4000 down. Michael H. was very unprofessional and was not calling me back over 3 hours of calling him then emailed me 4 hours later with that amount unbelievable can’t trust None of these salesman at all.‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

I had a great experience purchasing my car here. The staff were incredible helpful in making the purchase a quick and easy process. I am not kidding when I say the day I went to pick up my car the paperwork was done within half an hour. My only complaint was that there was a very small small crack in the windshield and they offered to fix it however I said no need. But when it came to a small dent in the side of the car they said they couldn’t fix it. However, I had it repaired at a body shop for a very reasonable fee. Highly recommend purchasing a car from Enterprise!

I purchase a Car from this location. Had a good saleperson but management level not so helpful. After purchasing a car in April 2023 discover that the Air condition in the car wasn't working. I reach out to Adrian, who setup an appointment for me to take it to Firestone in the area where I live , which is Westmont. Got it repaired so I thought to find out a few weeks later that the air still wasn't working. Reach out to the credit union I got finance thru to ask them if they would contact Upper management at the Aurora location so I can get this taken care of. He put me in contact with Brandon Kuta General Manager for the Aurora location. Made an appointment for Saturday May 28 for 10:00am. Made it there by 9:30am. Spoke with Brandon he check the car out to find out indeed the air conditioner wasn't working. Sent me over to the Firestone at the Fox Valley Mall. After arriving there I was told that it would take about 2 hours just to check the car out to see why the air wasn't working and maybe another 2 to 3 hours for the repairs. Firestone also stated I might have to leave the car. Call Brandon to inquired why I wasn't I informed about the time and why can't Enterprise didn't offer me a loaner until my car is repaired. Brandon informed me that because it was Saturday the Rental place was closed. He became very irritated and made a statement that after all he is trying to help me, Enterprise is paying for it. Hello Enterprise is responsible for the repair. How was Brandon helping me from a mistake that Enterprise made. Selling a car that is CERITIFIED without the Air Conditioner working. I believe Brandon response was out of sort being a General Manager representing Enterprise. Brandon show no compassion but immediately release his frustration on me. I am the Customer, I thought. No consideration of my time and gas, no offer of maybe lunch on Enterprise. My thought was Enterprise have gotten paid already for this car, so I can say whatever and anyway I want. No consideration that I may want to be a long time Customer or refer someone else, as I was referred to them. It wasn't my plan to spend all day Saturday in a repair shop. I was there for over 7 hours. This is All on Enterprise. I was never offer a loaner but was ask if I could take a day off from work to take care of this matter. Why would I do that??? I do understand that mistakes happen. But my expectation of the way I was treated by Enterprise (from Brandon behavior) shock me. I am looking forward to speaking to someone from the Corporate to reach out to me in regards to thus matter.Thank YouJoanne Davis

We just had a wonderful experience purchasing my new used car at Enterprise Car Sales in Aurora !!! We received exceptional customer service from both Mike and Brandon ... Both very knowledgeable, genuinely friendly, not aggressive, patient and very welcoming. I didn't expect to be purchasing a car on our first day of looking but we stumbled upon a gem ... A 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe and scooped it up immediately. I love it !!It is a beautiful car both inside and out and it gave me a much needed lift which I needed. It was time to get something newer since 2011.Kudos to a very professional Enterprise Car Sales location and a great customer service experience .. We will definitely be back !!!

The entire process was very easy and went smoothly. I arranged for my own financing and Enterprise worked with my lender making it very easy. At no time did I feel rushed or forced to make a decision. My only negative feedback is that my truck did not have a front license plate bracket and I was promised one but never heard from anyone. I had to go and purchase my own in order to bring the vehicle into compliance. Otherwise, I will highly recommend Enterprise to anyone looking for a used car.

The day I bought the car I was happy as can be. Salesman was nice and the car was even nicer. Little did I know this dream car would become a nightmare. 10 days after purchase I decided to take the car on a short little vacation, maybe 200 or so miles into the trip the car broke down. Called the manager at the Aurora location and was advised to go to an already closed mechanic to get a diagnosis. We had to wait until the following day to get a diagnosis to come to find out that enterprise doesn't recognize that establishments diagnosis. We waited all day on a SATURDAY for results when we could have brought it to the correct dealership right away. This dealership closed at 12 noon Saturday and was closed Sunday, so now it has been 3 days since the car broke down and still been giving the run around. I finally got my car looked at by the dealership on Monday. It needs transmission, driveshaft and CV axel work totalling 3,700. Instead of taking ownership; enterprise decides to send out an adjustor to verify the car actually needs the work. Putting this process to even start a claim at 5 days.This whole time I am in a rental vehicle that I have to pay for, paying for gas for a car that isnt mine and unessecary hotel trips that were not in budget. This is all to be told that the rental is out of pocket until the adjustors verifies the claim or not. I've owned the car 10 days and put maybe 600 miles on it. 200 being the started trip. I forgot to mention, the parts will be here in a month if approved, so now I'm eating the cost of a rental, and having to make a payment on a vehicle I never truly got to enjoy. Here I am, a first time solo car owner proud of my first purchase, but sadly mistaken after the events that followed.

I can't complain top notch customer service and they do work according to your needs. Fast and easy from application to approval. He volunteered to deliver my car too!!!

They advertise a worry free experience, but that was not my experience at all! I purchased a car in 2020 during the pandemic. I don't have great credit, but I had a large down payment. I wanted the best warranty available and was willing to pay for it. In less than two years my warranty expired despite not driving it much. I decided to buy another car from them with the promise of a better warranty and my credit had improved. Within a day or two my check engine light came on. I called telling them that I didn't want it because I can't afford to have a problematic car! It was well within the time to cancel the purchase. They pressed me hard to keep it! They fixed it, but I don't want a lemon! Now it's just over two months and more issues. It's only a $100 deductible, but this shouldn't be happening to a car that is two years old! I called and they told me to come in. Then they didn't want to work with me! Huge waste of time! I used to recommend them to everyone, but never again! I will NEVER buy from them again! I tried to contact corporate and I couldn't even get the phone number!
