“I was in dire need of a new system in my car . I went through multiple places and I never really got a great filling for them but I was referred to Gorilla Sounds by a good friend and BABYYYYY!!!! They did not disappoint at all. If you are looking for quality sound do not hesitate. The owner and his crew are the best at this cause I had obstacles to achieve for this amazing sound. “After 2 delivery attempts from Best Buy’s independent delivery agents to remove an old washer and install a new one, third time was a charm. Other attempts had to remove dry wall, permanent beam to house was an issue. Just like that Jose and his team mate got the job done. His knowledge remarkable about moving and maneuvering item made it worthwhile. Thanks Lamphere’s for a similar washer and having it delivered in 2 days. Thanks Jose amazing delivery job while the other 2 Best Buy attempts left house a mess”

Even with customers in line, I have never seen someone handle all of the chaos while still making sure everyone felt taken care of and he has an amazing personality. “I came in here because we were filling up on a road trip to Springfield Missouri. We came in at the middle of the night and we decided to buy some snacks. In terms of customer service this place does a decent job. They have so many different options for snacks. Not only that but they have many options for healthy snacks which is not always available at 7-Eleven. The gas pumps worked pretty fast and I had no issue with getting a receipt from the pump which sometimes is a problem at gas stations. There's honestly nothing to complain about this location. Great staff and friendly customer service. The staff was very polite and courteous. The one downside is that it is slightly dirty both on the interior and the exterior. But most gas stations are like that.”

“Great customer service! The girls there are very nice and helpful, will def recommend. The day I went to get my phone there was a lady screaming at the worker showing her that she ‘got shot nine times’ and that she ‘made her day horrible’ and started crying and punching the walls … I was like calm down 50 cent lol. Then the girl helped me get a phone after the crazy lady left and was very nice despite what had happened. It’s crazy what these retail workers have too deal with!! I give them lots of props!”
