Tim will be my all time guy to keep my house in good shape. It is very hard to find someone that will take on your jobs and actually respond. If you need someone to respond in a timely manner, call this guy. If you need someone that will give you a fair price for work needed (and thorough) call this guy. If you need someone that is going to do a great job, call this guy.He did a bathtub drain repair and valve replacement. The home needed drywall done as well as a result of what needed to be fixed plumbing wise. He found a part of the plumbing that was not up to code and fixed it. I live 2000 miles away and he was very easy to get a hold of and can handle the job while I am all the way over here. Gets it done.I've asked for a floor replacement/upgrade due to the great work so far. Call this guy.

Tim will be all time guy to keep my house in good shape. It is very hard to find someone taht will take on your jobs and actually respond. If you need someone that will do a great job, call him. I needed some plumbing/drain repairs. That required some drywall/paint replacement. Great job on both. Asked Tim for a floor estimate to do next. Call him!!

Do not trust this guy Tim. I had him install a new water heater in my house in April 2023. Well when he changed the water heater he did not mentioned that he cut wires from the furnace that was connected to a sensor on the water heater. Come this end of October and when my furnace needed to be turned on. The house filled up with carbon monoxide because of the furnace wires being cut. He almost killed my family! Then I ask him to do the right thing and fix his mistake. He looked at it and told me I needed a whole new set up and it would cost me around $2200. A whole new setup when all he did was changed the water heater incorrectly. I had to hire someone else to fix his mistake.. Do not hire or trust this guy, He takes no accountability and may even put your family in danger.

Hire Brian and Son's they can fix all of Tim's mistakes. That's who I called and they did a wonderful job correcting all of Tim's mistakes. Brian and Sons are professional and accurate and the number one thing, ACCOUNTABLE!

Tim is the best !!This time salvaged a crisis; basement flooded, needed repair done quickly and....Fixed pump, secured staff to rip out damaged surfaces and repaint -- all in 5 days.Promised services, done as scheduled, and saved out butts in short order.And, did NOT charge an arm & a leg for professional service.

I HIGHLY recommend Dupage Home Services! I came to visit my parents and they had a plumbing emergency. I contacted DHS and *** responded promptly, kindly, and did I say it was on Easter Sunday too?!? He was able to come out the following day and the job was accomplished fast and professionally. We have utilized DHS since and have been extremely happy with their service. I can not recommend them enough!
