Always close whenever they feel like it, it seems. Says they chose at 9pm and it's 8:39pm and doors are locked and store is closed. Should post different hours if you can just close when you want.

The workers are rude, items stocked to incorrect locations so that when you go to pay expecting to pay a certain price it turns out to be another price; when you let the workers know they respond in a rude and unprofessional manner.

They closed 10 minutes early which would be 9:50 I don’t think that’s fair if you close at 10 let it be 10 not 9:50pm ? I wasted a uber coming up here thinking you guys were still open like you normally would .

Great improvement!
Not happy when you show up to shop and store is locked down, with no sign or notice posted. Store needs workers. Usually have to walk around racks of goods needing to be placed.

Store needs to follow the hours posted. They normally close at random times.

The store is so un-organized and the workers are so unprofessional all the isles are blocked with stock and other clutter I almost tripped on the dust pan on the floor as I walked out of the store this store also has it onw hours some days it's open some days it's not

Every time I come to this store the doors are locked before 10pm. Very messy and unorganized store.

This is the 5th time I have gone to this store and they are closed early. The sign says they close at 10pm and they are closed early. There are days they do not open at all. This is ridiculous at this point.

They wouldn't enter my card number even with my identification.They said it wasn't allowed to type in the card number, and they couldnt help me because I could be stealing the card. ?? I explained I just wanted to buy milk for my kids, and I showed the id which matched the card I was using. They explained some pp steal or use others cards, yet if I spent an extra $5 on doordash and placed an order ther I most certainly would have been able to make my purchase. Incredible.

I understand this location is not in the best of the area but that doesn't mean the employees should be rude & ghetto attitudes & don't care if your make a complaint this days ...ZERO people skills with staff .... this company & many more need to just stop hiring any one to fill a postion

Confusing sign on door saying "CLOSED" on the left side door. No one answered the phone when it maybe should have been opened. Confusing. In the past in this store, after the rearrangement, things have become too confusing. They should have left the layout alone.

Always closed in the middle of the day for "vendors" "brinks" when there are no trucks outside the door and they pick and choose what customers to let in when the have the doors closed worst establishment I have ever been to.
