Bought new watch didn't have time to cut the links because distance was inconvenience so the Hispanic guy at this place didn't even use the proper tools could have use little screwdriver instead of the hammer on my $3000 watch and cant put it back in place I called in multiple times fix, but no one's answered. See how the pin stick out not even the worst , he under estimate my personal value saying that my watch was a replica by looking at it. So I came back dude spent more than 1/2 hr just trying to pull the pin out, I had enough told him if you cant do it just let me know so can bring it back to the dealer to have them fix it there because still have warranty at that moment dude knew he messed up my watch. Then he asked if I could wait till 6:00pm have his manager to come in to fix it. Whole time I thought he was the owner, And I decided to take it back to the dealer where I bought it, guy told me he didtnt use the right tools. Although I got my refunded but ever underestemate someone by their look, if want to stay in business. Now my watch all scratches

The gentleman here was excellent and handled our watches with much care!! They have VERY affordable prices and honestly did an incredible job with how fast they were. It was done in 6 minutes!! Not many places helped us that quickly ever due to some of our higher end brand name watches since most of them require professional repair but they did it in a matter of minutes!! I would 100% Definitely recommend them to anyone!!!
