I have been to this cvs for weeks, maybe even a couple months, and they haven’t stocked the drink section this entire time. I have a specific drink I get with caffeine and it has been out of stock for a ridiculous amount of time. And every time I ask someone if they know when it gets restocked they say they don’t know or that it’s the drink company’s job. Honestly? Call the drink company then and GET THEM OUT HERE.

How disappointing for a pharmacy to be so unprofessional when they are supposed to be helping people. After calling half a dozen pharmacies, this location claimed to have my son’s medication, that we needed urgently. After not hearing back for 24hrs we attempted to call them, even sitting on the phone for TWENTY MINUTES worth of ringing. Moral of the story, they lied and never had the medication, they didn’t even attempt to fill it, nor could they have taken the time to call and let us know.

Stay away from this particular pharmacy, Bree who works at the pharmacy was very rude over the phone. Very unprofessional and not caring at all about the patients problem.I never had such a bad experience with any other CVS.

Cvs pharmacy was a joke today, Brian the pharmacist works the pace of a snail and when people are in pain he wants to be immature and act clueless when they have all my info and details .My experience at this cvs was the worst I ever had at a pharmacy. Don't plan on goin back or referral to anyone.Thanks those at Walgreens with better customer service.

This place is atrocious. They never pick up the phone and walked in 3 times to the pharmacy just to find out the status of the prescription. They took 2 weeks to transfer the prescription from another pharmacy and took another 2 weeks to place the order. Its been more than a month now and I still dint get my prescription. I filed a complaint twice to the Corporate still doesnt work. I am planning to move to walgreens.

This location has no issues wasting your time. I waited 24 hours after my dr sent in my prescription to pick it up just to find out that they hadn't even bothered to fill it. You have to call or stop by to pick up your prescription before they will make any effort to do their job. Once, shame on them. Twice, shame on me. I'll be moving pharmacies because why suffer bad service when there are other options. Don't believe the pharmacist Alkesh is sorry when he makes no effort to provide decent service.

This place is an absolute joke. The pharmacy is atrocious: it took 4 separate visits for me to actually get my medication since it seems their system tells them something completely different daily.This is not the first time I've had to come back on a different day because the information provided to me by one worker is claimed to be incorrect by the next worker upon the next visit per the information given by the first.They ask for your information, but then just stop listening to you because they think they have your profile, then tell you you're wrong about your medication when they've pulled up the wrong profile.The Minute Clinic doesn't have anyone staffing it and their kiosks don't work. I couldn't even tell you what the actual service is like because there's no one there to provide service.Perhaps it's this location. Perhaps it's all CVS locations. Either way, this place must have been created by evil scientists to see how long humans can endure incompetence. And I'm forced to go there thanks to my insurance.TL;DR - If you have a choice: Don't go here.

Horrendous customer service. Got hung up on twice while on hold. Then visited in person to see what the deal was. The blond girl with glasses just sat there on her phone while I was standing waiting to be helped. Never come here!

The most unprofessional Pharmacy staff ever witnessed. They confuse insurance payments and companies, they give wrong medication amounts, their customer service is awful, the little Indian pharmacist in the evening has a Napoleon complex, and doesn’t care about anything, but his own kind, maybe because they don’t complain, the Pharmacy tech and Clark are awfulIf you need medicine, go someplace else, it takes them forever, whether you’re inside or outside to even acknowledge you. . I wish there was a minus star system to give. I give them a -5.

In terms of the minute clinic, it was a bad experience. I arrived at 11:40am with my sick 9 year old daughter. During check in I didn’t realize I needed an appointment for an “immediate care” type of facility, but the kiosk offered me a 12:20pm appointment. I took it and went to sit in our car so my daughter could be more comfortable and to lessen her exposure to others. We re-entered the clinic at 12:15 and checked in at the kiosk to confirm we were there. Another woman came in after us and checked in. I asked her for her appointment time and she said she also had a 12:20pm. At 12:35pm she was called back and my daughter and I were not even acknowledged by the PA or NP. There is no one to speak with in the clinic nor call on the phone to ask questions to. It was my first time trying to use the service but was just really disappointing. At no point while we were in the pharmacy did anyone ask if we could be helped with anything. We got up to leave and because I myself worked for a pediatrician for 25 years I thought the right thing to do was to cancel our appointment. The kiosk confirmed it was cancelling my 12:20 appointment and even sent me a text confirmation. It was like a bad joke.
