Exchange process was terrible. Originally ordered online needed a different size but store didn’t have the color. They changed full price because I had to get a different color. Considering I used the Croc app to measure my size it seemed unreasonable to charge full price to exchange for size purposes.

I was surprised to see kids rush in this store to get crocs and charms. I got two pairs and the kids are loving it.

Went online to order. Website said item would not be available until October 23 and that I would be notified. I was not notified on October 23 and when I looked that afternoon the item was no longer available in my size. It was only available in very small sizes. Your website sucks and you need to improve it.

Customer service was horrible so rude would not let me change my crocs i took the wrong size said their policy doesnt not let them return nor exchange
