I went to this store because I was looking for a pair of low top Converse. I quickly found what I was looking for because the shelves are clear, it's tidy and the sizes are well indicated. I found my happiness and therefore my new shoes. Thank you.

I brought a shoe pair and asked for the other size but the lady there is so harsh and told me no sizes. But the lady who is at billing is good but need to be patience as I asked for student discount she is getting angry to say me no discount

This store always has the worst customer service. Here is a great example of how they disregard customers. They sit around and talk to each other and ignore customers that need help. This happens every time I come in here. Will never buy from this store, I walked out and will get chucks from some place else.
(And no they were not having a team huddle, I was listening to them gossip and chat)

The clerk was busy chatting and not actively helping to answer customers' questions.
The discounts given on Black Friday are not very good. As a brand lover who has been buying converse for many years, this store cannot attract me to buy any products.

Went recently with my girlfriend, welcomed in as soon as I walked in. Bought shoes easily and when I went to pay the bearded guy at the register talked about how it was a great style and a good amount of small talk to make the visit have more personality. Definitely plan to come again.
