SIM card removal pin broke and stuck in the SIM card slot. Ali immediately helped and at no charge removed the pin. He was very helpful and resolved it in less than 5 mins. Super good service.

My Dad’s phone had severe water damage and well he went above and beyond to try to help us I appreciate someone who is honest when it came down made sure that he did what he could do. Unfortunately the phone wasn’t salvageable but he did the best of his abilities to recommend and trouble shoot the device. I will be back because his work speaks for himself and has great customer service.

Had the best experience. Was in and out under 15 minutes with expert analysis of previous repair that wasn’t done Correctly. Zee is awesome and helped me and communicated everything with me giving me precise options on alternative methods to solving my problem. Overall, great experience and if break my phone while falling asleep again; I’ll be first one in line there!
I had my phone supposedly “repaired” at another place but clearly was not. Connect is highly recommended and they actually did a true repair for me as my phone looks and feels good as new now!

Highly recommended and reasonably priced! Zee is super nice! Got an ipad screen repaired for $80. He tells you the estimate price upfront.

We trusted Connect Cell to repair the back glass of our iPhone 14 cell phone. After paying almost $200, 3 hours later we were handed an our I phone which was held together by rubber bands and told to keep the rubber bands on the phone for 24 hours for the glue to dry. Less than 24 hours later the back glass that Connect Cell repaired, shattered. When we returned to Connect Cell and asked him to fix it we were told it would take 2 weeks and that he would not have the same color back on the phone. We ended up taking our phone to a reputable repair company where we found out Connect cell used poor quality products, they never placed the magnet back into our iPhone and they damaged the phone. DO NOT GO TO CONNECT CELL!!!

This is a great shop. Zee was able to fix my iPhone in less than 10 minutes. Even the so called Apple geniuses were unable to fix it.

My phones (samsung galaxy s23 ultra) screen was broken. Half of the screen was glitch ingredient and couldn't see anything. So I found Muhammad by the reviews. He fixed it very easy for me, but in the process my camera stopped working. I was very frustrated, but he reassured me he will fix it and ordered parts and fixed it. In the beginning my phone was getting warm fast and draining battery, but he explained to me it's a common thing and it will go back to normal, and it did. I'm so grateful for him, being patient and nice and getting his job done very well!!!
