Worst experience at store. Ordered online didn’t have good quality, went multiple times to the store, unable return jacket. They can’t even refund as cash. Won’t recommend this store for others.

All of the employees are beyond rude, especially the hispanic short girl. They decide to close 20 minutes early on multiple occasions and claim it's already 8. Then they look at you through the window and sit on their cell phones. Even when you ask a question once inside they are on their phones half paying attention. They definitely need new staff and management. Columbia is going down hill ?.

My first time visiting the Columbia store, many varieties of shoes, jackets, sweaters and many more clothes for cold weather, spectacular colors and models. As for prices, there are several offers of up to 70%... as well as there are jackets that are very expensive for me. In any case, I encouraged you to visit Columbia and see, touch and measure the products and confirm the prices

Columbia outlet in Aurora, IL has the worst supervisor ever - Her name is - “yulissa resendiz”. My recent experience at the Columbia outlet store in Aurora was incredibly disappointing and distressing due to the disrespectful and rude behavior exhibited by Yulissa Resendiz, the store supervisor. Despite having the necessary documentation—a receipt and the item in pristine condition—Yulissa declined the return initially, citing the absence of a tag.Upon returning with the tag, her attitude remained unchanged. She callously rejected the return, making false claims that the item was worn, which was entirely untrue. Despite my attempts to explain the situation, emphasizing that my daughter had worn the hat only once due to sizing issues and my husband's inability to return it due to medical reasons, Yulissa showed no empathy or understanding.Her dismissive and unsympathetic behavior not only demonstrated a lack of professionalism but also made the experience incredibly unpleasant, especially considering the presence of my 7-year-old daughter. I escalated the issue by contacting customer service, expressing my profound dissatisfaction with Yulissa's conduct. I sincerely hope that such unacceptable behavior is addressed to ensure better customer service experiences for all patrons.
