$68 for a pedicure was insanely expensive! All I had done was an overlay on a cracked nail and a no chip color application. I asked for the express pedicure! I’m used to paying between $45-55 , BUT NOT $68! Especially if the lady Diana wasn’t as pleasant, she had a very dry personality, and my toes feel beat up, like bruised and small cuts, their still throbbing from the minor pain! NEVER GOING BACK THERE! It’s sad because I used to like going there , if anything TIM is the nicest there and does a way better job!

It started off being the least painful wax I've ever gotten. Then the person servicing me started going back over spots they waxed already; not even just once, but several times. A few parts they went back over are really bruised now, and I don't bruise easily. I've never been left with marks down there after a Brazilian wax. To make matters worse, they not only brushed off the bruising as nothing, there are still patches of hair that I'm going to have to pluck myself. If I could post pictures of the final result I was left with, you all would immediately leave this place off of your list of potential wax places. I'm still sticky down there because they didn't do the best cleaning job with the baby oil and paper towels. Don't even get me started on how disgusting the wax holder was. I'm kicking myself in the butt for not turning tail and running out.
EDIT: Changed from two stars to one because at some point, the bigger of the two "bruises" that the person was saying "was nothing" broke skin, and there were little pinpricks of blood in my underwear when I went to change it when I got home two hours later. I felt the need to put a bandage on so I wouldn't get hurt more, and here it is after taking it off a few hours later. It's not much blood at all, but no wax appointment should cause this.
EDIT 2: It's been about two days, and now I have a UTI due to all of the baby oil the person slathered all over me, which didn't even work. I'm just now able to wash the wax from myself without feeling like I'm rubbing myself raw. Absolutely not worth $50.

I was satisfied with my wax service. Laura was very friendly and I’ve been coming here for 2 years. I recommmend coming to Classy Nails at Fox Valley mall!

So dissatisfied,disappointed…
I got A full set no chip, on Friday.. and 3 days later they fell off!!!
They refused to give me my refund back!!
Not only I did my nails, but I got my mom a no chip manicure & the polish came off as well.!!
So disappointed please save your money and go some where else!!

Worst nail shop I ever been to my polish messed up the same day came back to get it fixed they told me to find the polish myself eyelashes came off after three hours

Had Mari, was pleasant attentive and gave me exactly what I asked for. I got a regular mani and she kept my real nails long, gave me great advice for healthy nails!!! Very hospitable. Bring cash for tip or pay on zelle! ?

I hate leaving bad reviews, however, I have received nail and eyebrow services at this salon, and every single time I am left with wrongly shaped nails, nails that look over 2 weeks old, my cuticles never get cut/cleaned, and eyebrows that somehow look messier than the ones I came in with. They use a dirty wet towel that smells terrible to "clean" the dust off your nails that leaves your hands smelling horrible. They don't ask you to wash your hands, which is very strange in my opinion, and work over your dirty nails. I am so upset with the outcome and honestly don't recommend this place. Save your money.

Never had a more careless nail maker. She broke the skin around my nails (2 places) and forced me to use layer. The layer made my nails look so thick and nasty. My finger tips were painful for 2 days. Besides, she finished the gel so quickly that it overflew onto my skin, this way the none-chip won't stay long at all. Planned to pay tips by Zelle but when I saw my nailes closely I decided to skip. Will never go back.Service: Nail art

Visted classy nails in the Fox Valley Mall on Friday, November 17, 2023 at 2:23 PM I received an express pedicure and a no chip manicure. I also took off the previous overlay and requested just a manicure and no chip polish. My pedicure was fine. My no chip manicure starting lifting the very next day, I had a wedding to attend by the time I left the wedding on Saturday November 18, 2023 my nails were already chipping and lifting, today is Sunday November 20, I am waiting for them to open, I will request a full redo of my nails, I am a professional woman so I will just request the service I payed for because the receipt clearly said no refund. Helen was my tech she rushes all the time and no other customers are waiting, I truly believe they use old products or they dilute it. I go to this Nail Spa because it is such a convenience for me. It is literally around the corner from my job but I guess I'll have to find another service provider, gave 2 stars because the pedicure was fine. Signed Truly disappointed.

Came to get a fill in and simple nail art nothing to difficult to handle this was 10-28-23 and my nails look like there close two weeks old. They look very old and rushed work and air bubbles I have already go in a two day period. Over priced wouldn’t have a problem pay Watever but it has to look right out of respect $84.00
