Worst manager I've ever dealt with. Got charged for my purchase. Almost 100.00 dollars. Didn't receive a receipt. The clerk got a manager . She said the charge didn't go thru and they had to run it again. I checked my bank app which showed the charge did go through. She said do you want the shoes or not. It didn't go thru .So I said ok. Checked the app for the bank two days later. The charge went 2 times. I called the store and got her on the phone. She said she remembered me and that I had to call another number. I said you don't make it easy for a customer. She got angry and said that if I came in the store she would call the police and have me arrested . I said I worked in a bank for 25 years and that's not how you treat a customer. So she hung up on me. This is not a person who should be a manager. I will never go to that store again.

Used to be good, but now the aisles are disorganized and confusing. Someone who appeared to be a manager was yelling profanities and threats down the aisle about wanting to shoot someone when the store was packed with customers. Super unprofessional and disrespectful.

I recently made a purchase at your Clarks shoe store on thanksgiving Day. Unfortunately, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received.Upon attempting to return the shoes, there was a dispute with the cashier who claimed that the shoes had been worn. I want to clarify that these shoes were not worn by my wife , we brought the same on Thanksgiving and straightly we brought to return the same bagIn fact, I believe they were in this condition when we made the purchase.Please make sure you don’t sell the used shoes to the customers and try to blame on us when we returnThe Cashier was straight on my face saying that you wore the shoe , WE Didn’t Touch the Bag at all , it unacceptable when he was saying that to meI am not here to request a refund , Left the shoe at the Store , please ask the Cashier who was not able to handle the customer in a right way to donate shoe or if he wants he can keep itThank you

I love Clark's so getting a deal on their shoes is lovely. However, they tend towards giving deals for 2 pair of shoes. When one can only find one style in one's size, it discourages a purchase when one is only buying one pair.

Horrible experience. I was told that im not able to do an exchange until i have a reciept. Unfortunately I dont have one as it was gifted to me and was not given a gift reciept. Asks me to have whoever who bought the shoes to call the store they bought from to pull up details of the purchase. Based on your website under in store purchase it states:"If you do not have your original receipt, or if it’s been longer than 60 days, you’ll be issued a store credit for the current retail price of the unworn product." This lady continues on that they cannot do that and has unclear explanation of why. She then changes it to she cannot do it and manager is the only one allowed to authorized that. When i asked when the manager will be working her words was "I cannot disclose that information". Total waste of time and does not follow company policy. Please review policys with your workers and practice good customer service in this location. Very disappointed.

First of all I love Clark shoes my experience at your store on 1/1/23 I was at your store at 5:00 pm. I wetness your employee yell at a customer to put the box of shoes that she took off the shelves to put it back were it belongings, because she's not her mother and she's not going to pick up after her. The customer did indeed put them back but she also told your employee she was wrong to yell at her in front of all the customers. Your employee told her to leave the store and don't come back! I also left your store I was upset to hear this employee degrade a customer especially when other customers also didn't put their shoes back where they belong.
