Terrible customer service. Employees (Carrie) stands in front of the store and smokes cigarettes all day instead of taking care of customers. Well with the 15ft of an entrance which is illegal in Illinois. Go here if you want second hand smoke with your morning coffee.

Try to get gas, Aaron, want to talk to another employee before talking to as a customer. When I ask are they open, he stated that he is training right now it will be a minute. Then kept talking to his associate. I guess customer come last here.

Each elderly employee and every employee needs to pay attention more. This is 4 times I’ve asked for a product that is always confusing to them. I ask and they say that’s not the name and it is.

Just stopped in for a pack of cigarettes. I've been going to this store almost every week for the past two years. The employees know who I am and what I'm buying. Today there was a new employee and he denied my fiancé cigarettes for not having his state ID. I went in and showed him my ID and he said that because I was with my fiancé, he couldn't sell me cigarettes. My fiancé and I left to go home to grab his ID and we went back. The manager came up front and denied us again because apparently they don't accept military IDs or foid cards. I then show her my ID and she denied me because she thought I was buying them for my fiancé. She was very rude. It's very wrong that they don't accept military IDs. The attitude she gave us was horrible. I called corporate and the regional office and filed a complaint.

Employees are very rude. Managers are just as bad. They ignore customers and act as if you're inconveniencing them by expecting them to do their job and get off their phones.
