Always good friendly service but entry road needs work. Cathy Mozdon is a very nice banker and most helpful.

The worst chase branch ive ever been. Making me wait for 20 minutes after my appointment time is unacceptable. Why set up appointments if you all cant arrange them?

My wife went there to open account having secured appointment a day before, they were still not able to open the account for her. They are customer service was very very bad towards people of color and most of staff are racist. Most of workers over there are very unprofessional and very incompetent.
