I bought a vehicle from the owner a few days ago and had it towed through his company. On the tow to my house, parts were flying off of it and ended up causing damage to the core support, driver side and passengers side fenders, the hood, along with the mounting brackets for the fog lights. When he arrived at my house he offered $100 compensation for the bumper that flew off on the drive but then later refused any compensation via text. Cant believe that he refused compensation that he offered in the first place for damages that his service caused. He even said through text,”I could careless to be honest.” What a great business mindset. I have the screenshots of the conversation attached, there is language used so read at own discretion P.S. he also blocked me on all platforms after texts were exchanged. And before I bought the car I had the plate and vin ran and nothing came back as stolen so I wasn’t worried in the slightest of the lack of a title. I spoke to multiple DMV’s before he had me come to his tow yard to look at the car.Very unprofessional and would never recommend this towing service to anyone.Services: Long distance hauling

I choose to use champs towing recently from the help of yelp. After a handful of inquiries to other tow services. They are friendly, speedy with the quote, helpful, and reliable. They got the job done without any issues. I would recommend them next time.
