Staff are so friendly here. They treat everyone with respect and are very knowledgeable. Whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned pro, they will take care of you. Huge selection at great prices with a large indoor seating area and outdoor patio area. Very nice location. Specials, events and more happening often. Very impressed. Purchase your cigar there and you can byob. They take credit card and Apple Pay too.

Unlike other places that raise their eyebrow when novices walk through the door, this place, or at least one of the female staffers, made the experience feel welcoming and informative.
One of our group members was knowledgeable, yet for those who weren’t, like me, she treated us as if we were regulars and provided her insight on products. One of our folks ended up purchasing a pipe and products and was already eager to come back even though we were enjoying our cigars outside on their smoking patio.
Shoutout to the other staff member who took over for evening shift and asked why there were “kids” out on patio - the ultimate flattery for us young bucks whose hair is already turning gray!

BYOB folks... Extensive selection, knowledge staff, nice outdoor space, soft drinks for sale. I'm a traveler & it's easy to detect the camaraderie between staff & regulars; very cool. I didn't go into the lounge b/c it was too nice outside, but lots of folks were in there having a good time.

Very disappointing experience at this location today. Management lets this one customer run the lounge. She acts like she is the HNIC, she changed which tv was playing the NBA playoffs to suit her viewing pleasure as we all had to purchase $15 worth of products from the store to sit in the lounge. Everyone in the lounge looked at each other with astonishment, like she really had the gall to switch which tv was showing the NBA FINALS??!!! BUT no one said anything to her. Then when one patron said something no one backed him up. The buzz around town is that this lady is a bully and people just let her get away with it. It’s a lounge… get some real business, Miss Kelly!!!

Quite possibly the best Cigar Lounge in the State of Illinois. I will update with more pictures and videos. I had to make a stop here to pick up some cigars that were ordered for me. This place has EVERYTHING. Comfortable lounge area with leather seats. TV screens everywhere. You can bring your own beer/Alcohol, even store it in the fridge. No one will steal it. It's a secure location. If you want to have a cookout the got grills in the back. I had no idea this place was like this, of course the have a WIDE variety of cigars. It's so many of them to pick from. This is a place for mem and women. Mature people so you don't have to worry about the ignorant young crowd. Peace and comfort. It's surrounded by restaurants. Yes you can bring food from those places as well. Simply AMAZING.
