Lazy people just like mostly all the new generation, walked in yesterday at 745 pm right be4 close n was told machine was off, they looked like they really didn't wana do anymore , told me I had 2 buy it n come back to stuff tomorrow even after i purchased, I asked if they can take care of it one guy actually went and did it wich took 2 minutes, and we were still able to leave the store before 8 , over hurd them talking as we left saying they won't do that again even if kids cry

Two people working, one stayed in the back the whole time while we waited an hour to get a bear stuffed. Terrible experience. Stay away from this location

The manager on shift tonight(9/5/24) was amazing, she helped us purchase the pumpkin kitty because it showed out of stock online but she knew they had it in store, she contacted her higher up for us. My boyfriend and I go here every year on our anniversary and she made our day even better ❤️

Great experience until check out when one of the workers decided to be rude and provide an uncomfortable experience when if we could check out.

I have gone to plenty of Build-A-Bear Workshops for the past 12 years since my daughter was born, and service is good. But in this times where I feel that most of the workforce has be come indifferent and no longer take pride on their work, I was at this store on 4/12/24 and the store manager STEPHANIE was spectacular, she went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was happy, even though she ran into some technology difficulties she was patient and dedicated to make sure we received the best customer service. I will definitely go back to this store because of one reason anther name is Stephanie.

This was my first time at a build a bear. (I am 38 with 3 kids) The way it has been talked about I was expecting....more. Not like Disney magic but a little 4th of July sparkler at least. I thought it was to be more of an experience as well as building the bear. We walked in, and my 2 toddlers picked what "bear" they wanted. As my first time, i assumed this is what you were supposed to do because there were only 2 employees, one at the register and one violating Mr. Pooh Bear with stuffing. We then got in a line facing the large stuffing machine. And apparently, it takes a bit of time to stuff these animals, so this was not a short line inside a tiny store. It all seemed to be the normal process, but it felt like something was missing... the sparkle. And maybe some new or cleaned up equipment where children are supposed to be able to go to brush and pretend to wash their new favorite stuffed animal.

Do NOT have your child’s birthday party here! They do not have a separate area or even a table to place things on. The store was very busy during the party so it was difficult for the kids to move around and pick out their bears. I tried to hand out cupcakes and an employee screamed saying try don’t allow food in the store. The kids ended up eating their cupcakes and opening gifts in the hallway of the mall. Horrible experience.

Would give it more stars if I could. The manager Stephanie went way above and beyond to make the experience magical and perfect. Build a Bear is very important to me, seeing that, Stephanie took extra steps to make sure the experience was extra special for my bears and I despite the store being busy.

The manager Stephanie went out of her way to help my son pick out a special stuffed animal. The staff was all very helpful and patient with him as he changed his mind a million time. Definitely would go back to this location for our next Build a Bear (by the way we went twice this year already ☺️) Toothless and his Bear get brought many places with us!
