Very upset and disappointed with this store. We have gone here for years and recommended friends and family. Yesterday my husband bought a suit there after they measured him, he tried it on, and the associate confirmed this was his correct size, only for him to come home, remove the tags, and put on the suit for an event. Upon being at home and having my eyes on it, we acknowledged that the suit really was too big on him. When we went to exchange for a smaller size today, they flat out refused to take back the suit, claiming “He is an adult, therefore should know if a suit fits him correctly.” I explained that the suit was mostly large in the back which he could not have seen, though the associate looked at him and assured him this was the correct size. The manager continued saying it was impossible for her to put new tags on and would not exchange the suit. I am sad that they lost a lifelong customer due to such fraudulent behavior and rude manager. Please consider this before shopping here.

Good clothes, very good quality Boots and Hats, the attention of the girls who work in the store is excellent, they help you at all times and if you don't get something you are looking for, they get it, I recommend them....

It's an outlet store. As all outlet stores go, the clothing sold here is made for (the 460 Brooks Brothers line), and sold only at the Brooks Brothers outlets. The line is a bit lower in quality, and not as good as what's sold in the regular Brooks stores. I've bought a few shirts at the outlet and found they didn't hold up very well. Fading, the collars wore quickly, etc. That was the end of the outlet clothing for me. However, if you're a bargain hunter, which I am, check out the Brooks outlet clearance racks at the end of the seasons. Clothing from the Brooks mall stores ends up on these racks, and at excellent prices. One summer I paid over 98.00 for a pair of shorts. At the end of the season, the shorts were on clearance at the outlet and priced at 29.99. Just recently I saw a pair of pants on the clearance rack priced at 49.99. I had seen them in the Brooks store earlier in the season - original price: 159.00. Shop the clearance racks at the Brooks Brothers outlets. If you want the traditional quality of a Brooks shirt or suit, head to a Brooks Brothers store and shell out a little more money for better, and much longer lasting, clothing. Whew, I do go on, and on. Lol.
