Cute place if you like their type of jewelry. The staff are extremely pushy to complete a sale. They will not stop pestering you and will ask you over and over to buy more. I needed $30 more to get a free tote bag, (which I didn’t want because it was not my style) and the lady kept insisting that I spend more to get it. I repeatedly said no about 6 times and ended up buying more because she kept stalling my purchase and kept bringing me items to upsell me. I felt very bothered by how hard she tried to make me buy something I did not want at all. Terrible service from them and that is the reason I will never return here.

I’m very happy to found this place. First time I walk in . Customer service at point. The items in this store are so good, from purse, shoes,Jewerly , love it, in regards quality wise, they are at point. Customer service , amazing.. first time visit, I’m so happy with the service from Erica and Laura Inman , they all have smile, polite , courteous . second time visit( yes I came back second time) I talk to Annette, and Laura Inman again, Laura Inman I’m so impressed in her knowledgeable in their products, score 1-10 , I’ll give her plus 10. Laura told me , Detail information, of all item specially the shoes n bags , where it was made, how it was made, I’m so happy during this detail Inf , that explained the quality of each item in this store. check them out , quality products and wonderful customer service in one roof.
