Have visited several times over the years. Advise against evenings or nights. Male employee not courteous and always gives the impression that you are bothering him and a burden to be a customer. So many other options are located close by. The Shell across the street or Thorntons down the road seem to always have friendly and courteous employees. I wont be stopping here again.

I just experienced the rudest gas station employees ever. My tank is on empty. I went there with my debit card. I swiped my debit card in the machine and it kept saying declined. When I went in again to the gas station itself it again said declined. I have money in my account so I called my bank. My bank told me that BP put a hold on my card for $107.53! Why is this!??? I didn't even get any gas. When I tried to talk to the gas station employees about this, they were rude, non empathetic, and even tried to ignore me! I asked them to call their manager because now my card had a hold on it for 24 hours and I have no gas. After they pretended to call somebody and said she wasn't available and told me that They couldn't do anything for me and I had to wait 24 hours, I left, not wanting to give them any more of my business. Stay away. They are totally rude and are an example of what Customer Service should not be. I also had to file a dispute with my bank in case BP doesn't give me my money back. I tried calling corporate to talk to them about this, but none of their numbers work.

Horrible BP , they don’t honor Mariano’s fuel rewards or any discounts. I’ll never stop here again.

Whenever im in town i stop here and usually everything is great an the bathrooms are amazing for a gas station.. when liz is working i have no complaints its perfect.. i was there a few days ago and there was an elderly man working an it was the first time i had a bad experience NOTHING was stocked an the bathrooms needed to be cleaned i overlooked it because stuff happens .. but i asked him for a fountain cup lid when there were no other customers in the store an he had such an attidude so i just walked away opened the cabinet an just got it myself it was very disappointing thats why im only giving 4 stars

Car wash closed sign not blocking entry. I called and asked. “It will be in a couple minutes”. 10’ later started opening. No receipt given, mirror not aligned to see if on track. Right side brush didn’t work. Went in to tell them. She said to other person, right brush not working. Just gave money back rudely as I was stunned, she said well it’s not going to be fixed today. How do I know it’s not a simple fix, needs to be de thawed. Entitlement rude service as usual.

There is a old fat lady that rudely said they do not accept Link there. This gas station is located in a low income community and they dont take link. I have been to gas stations in Elmhurst, Hinsdale, and Glen Ellyn that accept link but this Aurora gas station won't.

I bought cigarettes, snacks and gas. Guess what didn’t make it in the bag…This guy working midnights needs to find another job. I called there when I discovered it.Absolutely rude. I can’t wait to get back there. I do have bail money. This guy is the absolute worst. He really needs to be nice to someone that was nice to him. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!

Worst car wash I've ever gotten at a gas station in my life!!! The passenger side and rear is the car literally still had all the salt and mud still on it. Didn't even touch it. Avoid wasting money on it

Won't give change so you can use the carpet shampooer. Even though the coin shortage is over. The people here a rude and I will never by gas at this place or any other pride gas station ever again.

Horrible! Every time I visit this location Edith is yelling at a customer and it’s totally inappropriate. She’s very nasty toward people, and should not be working any customer related position. They have a sign on their door saying that customers must wear masks but yet none of the employees are…?!?! That makes a lot of sense.. you cannot tell a customer that they have to leave if they are not wearing a mask when you’re not wearing one yourself .. The mandate is for all people not just for customers.. I was waiting in line watching her yelling at people so I put my stuff back and left and I will not be returning… What happened to being nice to your customers, without them you wouldn’t have a job! It doesn’t hurt to be nice or at least pretend to be smdh…

Disrespectful people working there the pumps don't work and when I have to call to get service I get hung up on and called fat because I just had a baby stay far away from this place
