I really appreciate this studio, or maybe it’s a club…and the 2-week trail has been amazing to expose me to the different yoga movements and holds, and the hot Pilates.Great group.

I’m new at yoga and pilates and was nervous to try something new but everyone here is nice and friendly that I look forward to this every week now. The classes are challenging but so fun and beginner friendly! Carol and Robyn are great instructors!
