DaVonte Harris took care of me very courteous professionally and remembered me as I came through the door from last week. He got me in and out in about 40 minutes. Excellent service. Belle is my storeOk i was losing air some in a tire. I brought it in months ago and was told can't find anything wrong but could be cracked rim. So I'm back explained to Chris Griffin and he took tire off examining it carefully and found a small Crack in the inside towards frame. He's definitely a pro as he showed me the problem. Thanks again and really appreciate it.

Aby double talked her way out of some business. After recognizing the top end parts ordered on my quote I tried to settle on a more middle ground & affordable option but Aby wasn't having it. She blocked my suggestions shown on Napa website which is where she quoted my parts & refused to be reasonable & work with me on a potential repair. Will not be bringing any business here.

Great service, vehicle had a flat and it was close to closing time they brought me right in and fixed the tire. They even had time to do my alignment which I had been putting off for years my car drives straighter than an arrow now thanks belle tire! Highly recommend

Went and got 2 new tires installed. This is how they left my tire pressure. They also charged me $50.50 for their tire protection plan without ever asking me. They told me the price for the tires was 368 which I agreed to. They gave me the receipt after payment, and never said a word about the protection plan. Was only when I returned home and reviewed my receipt did I notice the extra charge. My sales rep was Devonte. Be wary. Ask if the price includes the 25 per tire "protection" plan. Shaddy!

I have been having an issue with a noise coming from my front right wheel well. Well, the tech at belle tire was able to diagnose the issue fix it and I no longer have the noise coming from the wheel well. Diagnosed this better than GMC techs which is outstanding great job!

Nick was exceptional with advice/knowledge about tires and was great. Got my vehicle in the shop with in the first 10 minutes of being there. I’ve been with discount tire for years & recently have been experiencing issues with customer service. I gave Belle tire and Naperville a call Nick answered, answered questions got me and got me out. Great service.

Timely service, quality work.Had tires replaced and an oil change done.Nice building too, new construction, waiting area is nice, plenty of bays, can handle more cars than the other tire shops I've been to.Will return next time I need tires.

I took my car in for the second time today because I had a slow leak in my tire. Second time because the first time in the guy looked at the wrong tire. Said nothing was wrong with it. Then the guy tells me the other tires are worn and can't be honored with the hazard insurance I bought on them when I spent $800 the new tires I bought here because in the 9 months I've had the tires I didn't get them rotated enough. That's the shadiest bs I've ever heard. Not even a year and they are already gone through and no warranty honored. I do hair in the area, I'll be talking to many people about this. The tires aren't even warrantied for a year? Shady af. I'll never do business here again.

Dirty salesman work here, lie through there teeth to sell you new tires.Guy told me I needed new tires on my 2023 vehicle I got in February, said they don’t make tires like they used to and I’d need new ones before winter.He used his tread measuring tool to give false readings that said 5/6 tread depth.Went to my dealership they measured the tread at all 9’s.Don’t get scammed, don’t go to Belle tire.
