Came in hoping I could get a replacement loop for my pendant since the original piece was broken, and she assured me they were going to at least try to repair the broken piece to my pendant before buying a replacement, and they did! Super sweet, super professional and quick. Thank y’all so much for even giving it a shot. so excited to be able to wear my chain how it was designed! Feels like home here and I’ll continue to do business with them

I have bought several things here and I don't like that only here the pebbles fall off the next day and to fix them it doesn't cover here they charge and the truth is that it discourages me that they charge me so much for something that I rarely use. I have a ring from 2010 and the stones have never fallen off. Not only that, my sister, the bracelet I bought broke very easily and it doesn't cover

5 Stars because 8 Stars was not an option. My wife's engagement ring dropped the stone out. I went all the way back to the place I bought it as I didn't know any better. Left with the ring and found Bella Jewelry just a few minutes away from home. Family owned and run (with a wonderful dog in there as well ) The ladies were welcoming, quick to help and fun to be around. Needless to say, the ring was repaired and cleaned in less than two days instead of the 4 days they predicted. EXTREMELY reasonable on price, Service was a TEN! I will be back without question.

Called yesterday to inquire if they do laser welding for a glasses repair. I broke the stem on them. I was desperate and already inquired with another jeweler in Chgo. He would have had to send them out and was estimating it would be 3 weeks, his repair guy is in downtown Chgo. The woman said sure, bring them in. It was Saturday. I brought them in, they repaired them on the spot and I was a happy camper once again. Dan actually was the angel who repaired them. I looked thru all the jewelry they carry. Large selection of 14K gold and Sterling, everyone there was very friendly. They are conveniently located in downtown Aurora. Parking was easy. I will be referring and returning, you won't be disappointed! Thank you everyone at Bella, you sold me!

I can not even begin to explain how happy I am with my ring. Bella completely reset my 3ct engagement ring that originally had a very weak setting and was losing stones. My resetting is absolutely perfect, and sturdy. I highly recommend!!

Brought 2 watches for band adjustments. 1 for a battery. Well done on the bands. They couldn't change the battery because their tool couldn't take the back off. Family owned.

I highly recommend Bella Jewelry, they have been open for years and I just discovered them this year (2021). I got my engagement ring resized with them and a heirloom ring cleaned too. They made me feel comfortable and tested my diamonds before and after. My heirloom ring looked like a different ring, it was so sparkly and I had never seen it shine like that. With such high value jewelry you have to find someone you can trust and will do a great job. I got that with Bella Jewelry and they are now my jewelry shop of choice. Not to mention how quickly they got my rings back to me!
