I used a Groupon I was gifted. I originally tried calling to make an appointment but my call was ignored. I decided to just go in in case there were openings. I arrived and was told I needed to make an appointment so I did. It took 4 tries to get my phone number correct and then I was called the day of my appointment in the afternoon to confirm that it was “Tuesday, not Wednesday, right?” I went in at my scheduled time.
I was told by a barber to go back to start my appointment. I had to use the restroom before I started. It was DISGUSTING. There was urine in the toilet and no toilet paper.
I felt belittled because I was using a Groupon and didn’t want to pay extra for the no chip-the classic was fine. I then chose an OPI color I wanted on my finger nails and toe nails. I brought it to her and she said it wasn’t going to be enough polish so I grabbed a second color for my toes. Then she said it still wasn’t going to be enough for my finger nails..
I saw a color on her work station and asked if I could just use that even though it was no chip. She said she’d use that one and not charge me for the no-chip.
It took her an HOUR to cut and file my nails because she checked her phone 12 times-I counted-during the process. She also nicked my finger with the cuticle trimmer because she was using it TO CUT MY NAILS! She didn’t even apologize and looked up at me and raised her eyebrows twice. She then blamed me being pregnant for having weak nails.. and that’s why I was nicked. She put a hot towel on me that was STAINED and sopping wet; at least I hope it was stained and not dirty. We finally got to the polish process and after she looked for a bottle of nail polish needed for 10 minutes, I guess she just settled for whatever was on her work station. The light was WAY too hot and putting my hands in there was uncomfortable. I told her it was too hot and she said “you’ll be fine.”
At this point, I just wanted to get it over with and get my toes done and get out. None of the tools used were sanitized. Her work station was dirty and covered in bottles of nail polish.
We finally got to the pedicure. She ended up saying there wasn’t enough polish for my toes that I picked (shocking) so she suggested 2 other colors. I picked one and she started the pedicure. The chair was worn and torn that I sat in.
She again used a cuticle trimmer to cut my toe nails and was definitely using a very worn down and used nail file. Neither the foot file she used was sanitized nor the nail cutting tools.
The sugar scrub was nice.
It took forever for my toes to dry. I used the restroom again before leaving and when I came out she had all her stuff packed up and the lights off. It was 7:30 pm and the salon closes at 8..
My nails do not look good, especially for the amount paid and the original price someone would have paid without a Groupon. There was nail polish left on my skin, it’s globby and runny from being in the UV light, and there is polish all over my cuticles.
This was a HORRIBLE experience. Will never go back.

Salon was nice and clean. I did not like trying to be talked into a different nail color as I have a hard time deciding..other than that. The gal was super nice, nice conversation and super clean!

Highly unprofessional!I took an appointment and went to her for facial. After waiting there for over 10 mins, She comes and easily declined that there is no appointment on my name, and haven’t spoken to me. I have a call log, I dint wanted to argue with her. Come on, are people crazy to just drive and show up to your salon on time from their busy schedule. DON’T WASTE people’s time.

I won't recommend this place at all! It was been more than 2 weeks and my nails won't grow. They are still so bad brittle and 2 of them I can't remove the nail polish because I will be removing my skin! Lil back story... the new owner did my mani and pedi and she did an awful job. Mani was supposed to be no chip they didn't even last 2 days on.... The worse part of everything is that she really damaged my nails she filed them so thin to the last layer. While she was doing them I did complain twice and told her it was hurting I even told her when she put the nail polish on that it felt hot she said it was normal.. got worse with the light. I am so disappointed of this place. I might need to consult a dr at this point. I can't even do nothing with that hand using both fingers it's so painful. Please go somewhere else and save your money. Rated one star but it should have been -5 stars.

My husband wanted to plan a special spa day for us to enjoy together for my birthday this year and he found this place through groupon. When we went in and asked about pedicure, manicure, and facial services. Then lady stated that her nor anyone in the establishment would do services for males. She stated the reason being they weren't trained for it? I googled afterwards about what the difference between doing nail or facial service on a male vs female would be and found nothing about specific training and that apparently men being rudely refused salon services like this is not uncommon. All I have to say is this is 2022 do better.
