This location is the closest to my home, but I try to avoid it because the customer service is poor. Today was no exception. I had a question on a product and approached the salesperson. His manager was telling him how she handles annoying customers. They both knew I was standing next to them, but instead of acknowledging me they just lowered their voices. I eventually interrupted their conversation to ask my question. It is unprofessional to talk about customers in front of other customers. The manager should know better. No one would help me look for the product that the website said was available in store. I left empty-handed.
