“First time using this shop yesterday. My alternator died in the morning, got it towed to the shop just before noon. Diagnosed by 2:30, repairs done and ready for pickup by 5. I was amazed and greatful. Price was very reasonable and the staff was friendly. This is my new spot for maintenance.”
“It was my the greatest auto repairing experience for my Acura repairing in Farnsworth Auto. The manager, Chris has the most customer service skills and showed how he care his customer like me. During my 2 days dropped my car in his auto shop, he picked and dropped my car twice from my home because I need my car to take my 4 years old daughter from school everyday at 3:00 PM. The shop was able to plug the hole I had on my tire.
Service was great, super friendly staff and quick as well.

“I took my 2012 Nissan Sentra in to Marty’s to get it checked it out before I shipped my car to California. Even though it was a bit of a time crunch, Luis the owner provided exceptional service. My car needed a new water pump and Luis ordered the part for me the next day. I brought the car back in and Luis rotated the tires, changed the belt, and replaced the water pump all within a few hours. Mary the service advisor provided me with a quote before they serviced my car and the price reflected the work that was done. I will 1000% recommend Marty’s in Aurora!!”
“I have been going to Rene for auto repair and service for almost TWENTY YEARS now. I was referred to him through my brother and father who also have had all of their cars serviced for the past nearly 20 years as well. I don’t go anywhere else unless I absolutely have no choice. And this review is LONG OVERDUE!!
I have had lots of work done and some BIG JOBS. For example I have had a transmission replaced on a Subaru Impreza. I had my entire engine replaced on a 2012 Sonata after Hyundai’s recall a few years ago. This is by far the best mechanic shop I have ever been to. Rene always gets the job done and I know I am getting a more than fair price. I would have paid 3-5x more through dealerships I had previously gotten estimates from.
He has worked on 7 different vehicles (at least) just from my family alone and always does amazing work and at the best prices. Good mechanics are hard to come by- this is the type of shop that people look for for years. I used to spend a fortune at other places. I will never go anywhere else unless they decide to move or close for some reason. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend. In fact I do recommend this shop to friends and family all the time.
I have a friend that flips cars that drives out from Chicago to have all of his vehicles serviced. I have friends that are knowledgeable in car mechanics and they all go there as well. He serviced my Aunts car and even gave her a ride back to her home so she wouldn’t have to take an Uber or cab.
The high quality of work combined with the speed, plus the low prices, with the friendly service makes this hands down the best repair shop I know of. Anywhere…

“I had and exhaust leak on my manifold and had a split muffler. I had a great experience. they did they it properLu and fast. I go there 100 more times. and the customer service was amazing. i recommend that you take your car here next time you have a problem. I had a 10/10 experience”
“Benton Auto went above and beyond to help me get my car fixed. From the moment I called the shop. Esteban answered and heard all of my worries and told me that he was confident that he could help me out. That alone proved how confident this shop is of their work. I can not thank this shop enough. I have been dealing with failing emissions test and have taken my car to other shops to get worked on and none have been able to do what Benton Auto has done which is deliver results. It is very hard to find a reliable shop in today's market especially in Aurora it's great to know that Benton Auto delivers and stands behind their work. They don't give you any run around mess they keep you updated, they give you customer service, great prices and they even take your car to make sure you pass emissions test. I am very happy with their work and will only be taking my car here to get repaired and do maintenance on. “My old Impala wouldn't start and I needed a new mechanic. I was referred to SCO and Omar and he didn't disappoint. He arranged for a tow, replaced the starter and also fixed a small $30 part that caused the starter to fail due to a bad oil leak, all for a reasonable price and in one day. I would highly recommend you check him out. My car is over 20 years old and will probably need a lot of repairs in the future, and I know where I'll be taking them!”
