“What can I say… I walked into the store to gather some information about tonneau covers for my truck… John was very patient and informative with advantages/disadvantages to each tonneau cover model he had. We discussed my intended use and helped pick out the proper cover for what I wanted to do. He also helped me with side steps and also tossed a bull ring on it for a little more character. After spending at least an hour on this, I placed the order for all 3 items… only waited a few days to setup the install and within hours after the install, John and his crew done a fantastic job! As a service manager myself… NOW I know there’s a reliable place I can take my truck for quality accessories and professional workmanship! I WILL BE BACK for more!”

“Thank you Eddy and Junior! These guys took the extra minute to correct their computer record, honor our warranty, and install a new battery in our car today. Today is one of hardest days of my life. My 24 year old daughter is transitioning to hospice care today. Brain cancer. We are on the way to be by her side and because the world is harsh we have a dead battery in our car. And these guys just treated us so well… took care of us… froze outside to replace the battery… it’s like 5 degrees outside… so heck yeah I recommend the place. Shop here. Support these guys. Our son totaled his car in Bloomingdale, IL, and the towing company that responded to the accident and towed the car away from the scene was less than ethical and not at all transparent. As a result, we were facing a lot of stress -- just trying to get the car out of the lot -- and Gene and Chad from City Auto were so helpful and so kind in helping us through the process. I reached out to Gene and asked if they could help us get the car out of the lot.
