my dad bought a 2015 ford explorer from here in early december 2022 and we quickly started noticing a lot of defects and things wrong with the car even after they assured us the vehicle was in very good condition. we did ask questions and they supposedly made some fixes on the vehicle when purchased/questioned but even still the ac and heat was completely malfunctioning, had a lot of trouble with the transmission, etc. the cost to repair the issues was not worth it in the long run and we ended up trading the car only 5 months later. although their customer services might seem very welcoming and sincere, it is not a truly trustworthy business…
