LOTS & LOTS if BEE-U-TEE-FUL merch...however they could use a couple people on the sales floor. There are only cashiers & it's difficult to get your questions answered.

Nice place, great selection, and fair prices. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was in and out in 5 minutes. My only grumbling is that the male bathroom was a porter john in front of the store.

Garbage service. Ordered two dining chairs and order was cancelled but nobody told me. Went to the Aurora/Naperville store and found a wall hanging in an aisle with multiple Clearance 75% off stickers. Manager refused to honor the sticker even though it was firmly affixed and peeling the packaging when they pulled it off claiming that someone must have stuck the sticker on but it was not valid. Were all the other items in the aisle with clearance stickers also invalid? Perhaps floor staff ought to be auditing the stickers on products to make sure they are on the correct product.

terrible severs，never answer ur phone call, show in stock but its out of stock, no one getting help, not a busy store, i don’t know what the hell the employees doing,all disappear, i can’t get no one help,terrible store,terrible service
