I first showed up to ASU cycles with a flat on my e-bike and Kenny took care of me real quick and got me going again in no time. I then started to get more issues with my tires, and Kenny helped me out with some tire inserts to prevent flats. He has gone above and beyond with his service and I have become a regular now and go to ASU for all my bike needs. I really recommend this bike shop!

Like everyone else here says, Kenny is the man!Coming from many types of service industry and retail background I've come to know who cares and who doesn't over the years. You can tell Kenny definitely cares (rare these days), has passion and is very knowledgeable about cycling. Took the time to walk us through the store and showed me every cool little things when I first walked (hour before closing even).Dropped of my road bike for a tuneup and made it brand new again. Communicated fast and clear throughout the whole process as well and was very transparent about what needs to be done.Don't hesitate its worth the trip if you're local or even making the trip!

Kenny at ASU Cycles is the freaking man!I am a beginner when it comes to bike riding and I get intimidated very easily when I feel like I'm out of my element. Sure. There's quite a few bike shops around the southwestern burbs but I would recommend Kenny any day. Heck. If you're coming through town and need something, for your bike or a repair, he's your guy.I came in an hour before closing and stayed well after closing - Kenny took the time to walk me through everything. Explaining the functionality, how to take care of my bike, pumped the tires, greased the chain, cleaning it up, adjusting my bike fit and helping me add all the fun accessories that I wanted to have and even let me talk his ear off as he worked on getting my bike ready to go.He could have very easily told me he was closing up shop and I needed to get going but he exemplified the best customer service I have ever seen in a while. Patient, knowledgeable and genuine, Kenny is fantastic. He's not there to push or pitch anything on you either. Honest with his recommendations and a down to earth guy who's really there to serve his customers. Can't recommend him enough. I'll be going back for sure! Thanks Kenny!

Just got my Rad Rover 6 plus back from a tune up at ASU Cycles. Kenny did an amazing job. I bought new back in Aug 2023, have put on 925 miles and needed a tuneup. I go on trail, off trail and work the bike pretty hard. I brought it in and now it is back to new. Thanks Kenny! Will definitely be coming back!

I took my daughter's new Priority bicycle here to get assembled. ASU Cycles had it put together and all wrapped up in short order! Very cool store too, definitely a "by cyclists, for cyclists" kind of store!

I've been coming to ASU since they had a separate location in Batavia along the river/FRT trail. The service here has always been friendly and well performed. My latest trips to ASU have been to the downtown Aurora location, as the Batavia shop closed a couple years ago. Yesterday I stopped in with a laundry list of assistance that I needed, including a couple of new tires, a new cassette, a new chain, and a preventative tune-up. The gentleman who assisted me was a really nice guy who did all of the work in less than two hours. Suffice it to say, my bike looks brand new..and I can't wait for better outdoor weather to ride it. Cheers!
