“My Christmas shopping experience at Joann Fabrics in Geneva, Illinois was stressful but turned delightful.Thankfully we found the Viking needles that we needed thanks to a friendly employee. I loved exploring their clearance section filled with their awesome Halloween decor.The wide selection of clothing patterns was a huge bonus along with their different variety of fake/real flower ? decor. It’s a good store for crafters and sewing enthusiasts to explore and wander where you can appreciate their lovely decor of the season. ?”

“After having an online order canceled without explanation, the Naperville store was next called to locate the seasonal item. Was told they had item & would hold it, yet upon driving there, was disappointed that it could not be found. Talked to "Dave" there who went out of his way to get it shipped from another store in another state - Much appreciated that he turned it into a positive experience.”

The Star Wars appliances are a huge bonus! Seasonal decorations are everything and whatever picture frame size you need, they have!”
