Called Annie cause I felt State Farm was dragging their feet on a damage claim to my roof. Had been waiting 5 months for someone to respond I called Annie and she got to work for me calling and pushing people to get back to me. It finally payed off and got someone out here and I’ll be getting my roof repaired. I highly recommend her as an agent.

I just started this insurance so my rating is of limited experience with state farm. But the initial meeting with Leticia to get information went well. Be aware that if you do not pick up price quote the day of, the price could go up. Mine went up about a dollar just in a manner of about 2-3 days. I wish they would guarantee their estimate for a specific period of time. Leticia did warn me of this but I did want to do something else 1st before committing.

Great customer service at this location. I previously had American Family Insurance, which what a joke that was. Phil help make the change very easy. He explained with detail my auto & home insurance. I learned things I didn’t know before. If, anyone is shopping around for insurance, like I was, Phil is the guy to speak too!

I was looking for a quote and I remember meeting Leticia at an event where she gave me her card. I have to say she is extremely knowledgeable and experienced with insurance policies. She was efficient and rapid at getting back to me with a quote that I was very happy with and I went ahead and moved forward and I am part of the State Farm family now.
