We've been lucky but when we needed help from Andrew Fry at Allstate we never had to wait for someone to call us back. The staff members were very helpful and assisted us through the entire process for our claim.

Long term customer of Allstate, but no longer. Was sent a huge renewal increase (no claims in past 15 years) even though the agent knew there were better options that could have been provided to me. The revised quote was still above market and I am taking my business elsewhere.
