Horrible timing. Call in for an eyebrow appointment, was told 10 ten wait. Actually waited for 40 minutes leave sighing getting my eyebrows done and was late to work.

Allure salon has been my favorite for over 10yrs. Amazing people with great ethics and very professional. They value my time and have never kept me waiting even for a minute for my services. Sunita has been my hairstylist forever and she has never failed to provide me with her skilled expertise, experiences, perfection, honest advice about industry trend. Madeeha does magic with makeup and hair updos. Like Sunita, Madeeha too has had years of experience with her artistry. The confidence and compliments their work gets me is priceless. Shabana, the owner has been so kind and accommodating. I can’t thank all the staff for brightening up my days after every visit and be grateful how Sunita manages to make my everyday a good hair day.
Summing up, Allure salon is all about friendly staff, great service and awesome experience!

Very bad experience with them. My sister asked for a layer cut hair, but the lady made it step cuts as you can see in the picture. We also showed them a picture of the hair style. Not only this, my sister's hair was made very short. She's very upset about it. The staffs are not very gentle. If you want to mess up your hair, you can go.
We booked an appointment before going. They parlor is quite big and clean. They play good music. Not sure if I am going back again.

I use Ayesha for my eyebrows; I have been going to Ayesha for couple of years and she has fixed my eyebrows and does them exactly as I ask her which is hard to find. I just went first time facial spa and she did a great job. I recommend Ayesha at this location.

THE WORST customer service and staff behaviour ever. The staff were not interested in attending any of their new customers who were coming in, because they were busy. On top of that, they were extremely arrogant and rude. We were insulted just for asking "How long is the waiting?". We were given an unnecessarily rude answer of "Can't you see all these people waiting before you? It'll take 20 minutes". All 3 of the staff members had just the same attitude and no basic manners of talking.
I would strongly recommend you to rather go to other places with much better staff members than having to deal with this absolutely disgraceful behaviour.

I visited this place today and I am utterly appalled by the childish and horrible behavior I experienced. The staff's consistently rude conduct. THE WHOLE STAFF SHOULD FAMILIARIZE THEMSELVES WITH BASIC MANNERS THAT EVEN FIVE YEAR OLDS UNDERSTAND.
It is evident that basic courtesy and customer respect are completely disregarded at this place. I strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of this salon to avoid subjecting themselves to such disgraceful treatment.

So going by the previous reviews it does seem like the staff here has a problem in speaking nicely! Here is my review of this place-
Extremely rude staff.They do not know how to speak to customers and have no courtesy! I did not book an appointment and had walked-in and I 'could see people waiting already.' When one of the staff members asked what services I needed, I said and then I asked her how much time would it take. Some other staff member replied, "Can't you see, there are people waiting? So it will take more than 20 minutes." I am sure the same could have been communicated politely, I was so furious that I just walked out. I have been to more popular salons like this and they always have rush but never speak like this to their walk-in customers in front of their other (already waiting) customers! I do think their staff needs to learn some basic soft skills. Unfortunately, I have to give 1 star rating only because I cannot post a review without giving a star but honestly they shouldn't get a single star!

Usually love going to this place but today will be my last. Around 2:30pm me and mom came to do our eyebrows and full face. There was two ladies and one of them was busy doing someone’s hair. The other lady attended us and she had the most horrible attitude ever. Once she helped out my mom I told her I wanted to do full face, she grunted and rolled her eyes at me and told me “I have an appointment right now you should have told me before hand”. She still did the service and had the nerve to ask “tip :)” of course I gave her tip but this is not how you earn respect.
