I dont know if it’s just a bunch of slow people working at this store but this is the second time ive ordered shoes and got mismatch sizes. Maybe im just unlucky but it seems to be a common trend with this location.

Buyer beware. I purchased sandals but they didn’t have the size so they ordered online for me. I specifically told them I needed a size 6 but the item arrived in a size 7. Called the store and told them I live 2.5 hours away so I needed a return label. The GM told me I have to call customer service so that they can provide me with return labels. I called customer service and was told they don’t do exchange through the phone since I bought the item in the store so I have to go back to the store for me to be able to exchange it. Called the store again and they said that’s the best option they can give me. That they can do the refund once I am back in the store. Too much stress and it’s not even my mistake. It’s their mistake that they ordered the wrong item. It’s so stupid that I will have to drive 2.5 hours just to return the item. Will never go back to this store again!

Buyer beware. Purchased boots for my wife but they didn’t have the size so they ordered online. The order then got cancelled but they said I had to go back to the store to get a refund. Then they said they couldn’t figure out how to do the refund since the item was on clearance. Seems like a scam.

Horrible horrible service. Very rude staff. Specially when you are returning stuff. Any product which is clearly unused and within the policy of company's timeline should be returnable. If there are exceptions, the seller should have a decency to call out before checking out.Understanding this simple concept is very difficult for them.Secondly they argue with the customer about using common sense and treat you that they don't need your business.I like ALDO products but I will refrain buying from this store as much as I can.

They wouldn't accept my return because my shoes looked worn and they "couldn't sell that". But the shoes they have in the clearance section are clearly worn and that's why they're on clearance. She then tried to upsell me some more merchandise

I was in need for 3 pairs of dress shoes for family members. I walk in and they have a sale. 30 % of new collections and a larger percentage off other prices in store. I ask for sizes along with price confirmation from the sales lady as I picked up 3 sets of shoes. Then I make my way to the register and Armando is there. He rings up each shoe and all the prices are way different then what the sales lady told me. I relay that I was just priced minutes ago. He then says "oh well they are labeled wrong and in the incorrect place." I'm in customer service, if your items in the store are labeled incorrectly, that's on you. Not the customer! He not only refused to acknowledge their prices were wrong even after I walked him over to similar pairs with the price label, but in fact he was very rude and goes "ok well that's what it is." Not even a sorry. It's on you, period. If you're labels are wrong and I'm showing you, you are obliged to match the price that is displayed. Even after his rudeness, I just wanted to get out of there, so I just began to checkout. He told me $163 verbally (I couldn't confirm because their system doesnt show the customer each price on the card machine) and there were 3 additional people right there listening. My card got charged $263. I turned around to verify with the other 3 and they all heard $163. I even then told him he incorrectly charged my card. He goes "It's $263." 4 people couldn't have heard wrong. No apology from Armando, instead rolled eyes and sigh. Accept you messed up and say sorry. A customer will understand if you explain. I will certainly not be returning here because of the awful customer service.
