They called me to confirm my appointment and had me e-check in few days before but when I showed up they said I couldn't have my scheduled scan and asked me to reschedule. What kind of service is that!!!!

This place has some very bad Doctors, one doctor made himself my primary Doctor without my consent and LIED on a medical report so he could schedule lap work I didn't need or want! When I called to complain some lady named Durir or Dre whatever her name is defended his action.. be very careful about Advocate in Aurora on Highland ave..

Not happy.. sent me to collections over $10 did not provide any sort of invoice when I left clinic (said computers are down on Saturdays) after leaving asked how much it would be for the visit they didn't know.. No paperwork. I left them $100 deposit (set up an appointment and they said $100 deposit on phone and tried to get $150 in person) to see a doctor about renewing my meds for 10 minutes.

The worst Doctors and most incompetent drs office I've ever been to. Horrible information providers, everyone tells you different answers, THE WORST! Also I'm pretty sure a receptionist faxed my medicine history information to the wrong number, WHICH IS AGAINST THE LAW & BREAKS HIPPA!!!!!

Terrible, just sat on hold for 13 minutes only to be treated rudely. ThenGoogled a doctor I have an appointment with to reschedule it.sat on hold 15 minutes only to have someone answer put me on hold and through me back into the phone loop.
